very nice video. Can you make same tutorial for dynamic meshing for capturing the sinkage and trim of boat? Thanks

i want to ask there is specific size for the domain to find ship resistance or you just create the domain according your size of vessel??i already read many paper but i still dont get the answer..if you dont mind can you help me give the answer

im not sure if i fully understand what you want. do you want the fluent to report the ship resistance? if so, you can go to the "report definition" , which is in the "solution" option, in oder to predefine the drag force before the calculation. Then you will get the resistance reported. Or you can go to the CFD result to calculate the resistance on the ship hull.

you can check the domain size through this link: ittc.info/media/1357/75-03-02-03.pdf
      ITTC's recommendation.

Hey. Thank you so much for this video. I keep getting this error. "Cannot calculate force. variable 'mixture.volume fraction' does not exist"
Could you please help me to fix this?

useless, no sound no insight, just superficial, conveying knowledge should use a refined scientific language, this doesn't solve the multiphase equations but rolls back to stone age or further back in prehistoric age where human language had not yet developed. Should be flagged as misleading
