Dry Cast Machinery - Manual Filling - Automated Demoulding, Handling and Unloading

A Coote Precast System manufacturing Dry Cast products. With a manually operated Shuttle Feeder and the unique Coote finishing disc, this flexible filling system can be used to fill any number of different types of precast moulds.
The Automated handling system is over head mounted and working in conjunction with the safety system ensures fast and safe operation in the demoulding of the freshly cast mould. The freshly cast product is then stacked in the curing area and a cured product on a demould pallet is transported to the pallet cleaner where the product is removed by a robot with a vacuum system. The product is placed onto a wooden pallet, placed by the robot, until the desired stack height is reached. The products are then moved along the conveyor which can be manufactured to a desired length.
