Good lighting - During the day white light is the best, but if you are studying at night then more orangey darker light will help you sleep after. 3. A healthy snack - Your brain needs energy! 4. Somewhere comfy to sit - Prop yourself up in bed, sit back in your office chair, or make yourself a nook out of pillows! 5.
