In most states it’s completely legal to wear masks or helmets, but you cannot wear them to hide your identity from authorities which makes no sense because why would you follow the law if you’re wanted
In Norway we have to take off our helmet when entering gas stations, if not they will lock all the doors until you remove the helmet. The reason why is because of masked robbers.
If you’re alone and buy 3 bottles of wine, you can take them anywhere. But if you’re with others, they all have to come in and show ID?!! That’s ridiculous.
Give someone a little bit of authority and it goes straight to their head and they power trip, lol same thing happened when I was trying to buy cigs for my parents
I live in the Netherlands, I had a similar experience. They can’t deny the sale unless they confirm that the product that’s not legal for people younger than 18 is directly passed on to a person that’s underage. When that is obvious they can deny you the sale but you are allowed to come back the day after and make the purchase if the minor isn’t present.
Because it’s god damn ridiculous whether she is 21 or not. Even if she was underage there is nothing to stop him from buying it alone and giving it to someone underage when he comes home.
This.... they came in together and it does look like a third party sell because she left the store all she had to do was get her ID they were that press to buy 9.00 wine 🤦
I work at Circle K too and we have this rule where we have to ID everyone who you come in with unless it’s like your child or your family member. Because you could possibly be buying it for the person who is underage.
Dude he’s riding either first or second gen r6 meaning it’s more than 10years old. Probably not worth more than a couple grand. He probably doesn’t give two shits.
9:55 I COULD give you a step by step tutorial, but I'll condense it down to "push, pinch, wipe". 17:08 Technically a Civic(Del Slow), you are correct sir.
I currently work at a circle k.... I give respect to everyone but don't get things misunderstood. I will step away from the counter and knuckle up with anyone. She didn't have to do all that though. If they left then serve him to get him out of the way instead of causing a big scene
Show up in a car, change clothes, put on sunglasses, baseball cap. Load up a couple of baskets with lots of stuff, then go to the counter and let them ring it up. When they’re finished, just say “ changed my mind and walk out”. Call your friends and have them do it through the week.
The law is you have to be 21 to buy alcohol. That made no sense what she was doing. So she’s saying if I’m in a car with someone and I go in to buy juul pods they need the person on the cars ID too? Makes so sense. This is why I’m on Canada lol
My opinion is their refusal was based on a perceived assumption. If your over 21 and you stated that your not with her, they shouldn't have the right to refuse you. Also even if the underage girl is with you, again they're refusing to service you based on the assumption you'll share, offer or give the girl the wine. My advice would be to inform corporate and explain the situation to them along with proof of your age. I'd be interested in knowing their response.
I've worked for Circle K before and my manager there seemed to think that working a corner store was a military grade job. Other than that, as a CSR you are obligated by law to ask for all party's IDs.
The whole video is silly AF. First off she wasn't on the same bike so who cares that someone rode a motorcycle to the station there same time as you. I've had random people ask to join my ride at stops, doesn't mean I know them. Plus seems to be 21, so easiest way would have been to get her license and just buy it and just let them know it's silly because if they wanted to buy they just go elsewhere and or next time the other person nowhere in sight...LOL The rule is silly. But clearly he did this for a video, nothing wrong with that but let's call it what it was, a video for views.
I had this experience when I first left NYC. Making friends at a college in upstate NY. Everyone was 21 including me. I left my ID at the dorm because all I was getting was some chips and salsa for the night(And living on campus all we ever needed was the school Id). We get there and I get some chips and they start getting beer. I went first and started to walk out. There was no clear indication that I was with them besides walking in at the same time. "Hey buddy I need your ID too". I was Befuddled because we don't have stupid laws like that in the city. Then all my friends got upset because I didn't have my ID on me. So we had to walk ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE DORMS. Get my ID then walk back so they could buy beer. Because I had to be there to prove it wasn't a straw purchase. Funny thing is I wasn't going to drink anything that night, but I did because I was so upset about some country bumpkin laws...Yeah I was drunk half that semester. And I never drank on a regular basis before then.
I think you're a little confused, the cities have the bullshit red-tape laws and rules. Rural areas are far more free and have less restrictions. In a city of all places there's more likelihood you're going to share the alcohol due to the higher population density and crime rates.
Shits stupid, this happened to me once recently. Went in to a store with my (underage) cousin and one of his best friends legit just to get snacks and shit for the evening, I made a last minute decision to get a bottle and the 3 of us got kicked out and couldn't buy anything. Last time I'm buying booze when I'm not alone that's for sure.
What up MAXY! same thing happen to me bro 7:40 but, with a ps4 game i when to buy a game at game stop at night and i rode there and walked in with my helmet on and the dude was "like take off your helmet i cant see your face with the ID" to buy a MA rated game i think it was Mortal Kombat i was wtf dude!
If she isn't over 21, and you give it to her, then the had stations legal obligation ends at checking your ID. You giving it to her would be a crime on your part, not theirs.
This doesn't make any sense to me. They can deny service to someone legally allowed to buy alcohol because someone happened to be in the area of him in a LIKE vehicle. It doesn't matter cashiers! I work at a grocery store and I can't ask the little kids for their I.D. or deny service to them for having kids. He bought the wine for himself.
So wait... with this logic my parents are not allowed to buy alcohol if I’m with them... I go groceries shopping with my parents every week and I never get asked for my Id lmaooo

The age for alcohol consumption doesn't dictate what is a free country. It used to be 18 here until the 80's, too many accidents and issues lead to pressure from Democrats and liberal organizations to raise the age. And we have a far larger population than most other countries, so more potential for issues.
Okay so if another car pulls up to the parking spot next to me at the same time I park my car does that mean they are with me and I need their ID? Just because someone else is in a vehicle near me does not mean they are “with me” I guess if a tractor trailer pulls into the parking lot at the same time as me that truck driver is with me too. Better go grab his ID.
Connor Burton doesn’t seem like common sense to me. If she was on his bike that would be totally different. Two motorcycles arriving at the same time doesn’t automatically mean the people are somehow together any more than two cars arriving at the same time automatically means the occupants are together. For all the cashier knows the two bikes might have pulled in at the same time, liked each other’s bikes and decided to park in the same spot to ask about each other’s bikes. I’ve worked in retail service for a long time and making assumptions is always a good way end up wrong.

That happen to me at Walmart, had my twelve year old niece with me and they refused to sell to me? Wtf , we were grocery shopping and she was with me? Thats how I came to the conclusion there is no common sense in this world!
I love how your girlfriend only knows one position on the throttle "Full Pin Baby!!" 😂. What a champ 👌👊
"They like he's out there, he's out there and wants to get winnne" 🤣🤣🤣
In austria we have a law that says we need to take helmets off. Thing is, security cams are so shit here you cant see the face none the less
In most states it’s completely legal to wear masks or helmets, but you cannot wear them to hide your identity from authorities which makes no sense because why would you follow the law if you’re wanted
Geil ein Österreicher hier 😂🇦🇹
In Norway we have to take off our helmet when entering gas stations, if not they will lock all the doors until you remove the helmet. The reason why is because of masked robbers.
@@maxsjoberg788 It's just an extra thing they can charge you with once you're caught.
They would have lost their job if the customer was a secret shopper. Has nothing to do with your imaginary scenario.
So if she was 21 why not just have her come in and avoid the whole thing?
Yeah why didnt that get any attention besides us...
That's a rule everywhere that sells alcohol special k isn't that special ....
Nasty dumpster water in one spot out of that whole parking lot and you parked your bike in it lol
Dude he’s riding either first or second gen r6 meaning it’s more than 10years old. Probably not worth more than a couple grand. He probably doesn’t give two shits.
‘That shit just pissed me off’ 😂😂 I lost it but I would’ve been too
9:55 I COULD give you a step by step tutorial, but I'll condense it down to "push, pinch, wipe".
So you can’t buy alcoholic beverages because she didn’t show ID wtf
Actually you need Id it is the law
Erica D he had ID she did not he said he didn’t know her
Show up in a car, change clothes, put on sunglasses, baseball cap. Load up a couple of baskets with lots of stuff, then go to the counter and let them ring it up. When they’re finished, just say “ changed my mind and walk out”. Call your friends and have them do it through the week.
😂imagine I can’t stop laughing at this
I walk in with my dad everyday when he walks in and buys beer never had this happen
Where’s my Tucson boys and girls at
The law is you have to be 21 to buy alcohol. That made no sense what she was doing. So she’s saying if I’m in a car with someone and I go in to buy juul pods they need the person on the cars ID too? Makes so sense. This is why I’m on Canada lol
It seems mad that you can’t drink till you’re 21 it’s 18 over here in England so you can’t get pissed but you can ride a big bike and buy a gun
wait is it leagal to own a gun in england ?
@@_speedo depends what gun, I own 2 12 gauge shot guns and a few air rifles.
AMERICA, FUCK YEAH!
Lol the whole world hates you guys.
Damn I didn’t know y’all came this close to where I live
Hahahha the Yelp and Google reviews for that Circle K is now clapped up, smacked up. Job well done, I expect nothing less from the Maxwrist fam!
Wow.....those shop owners were rude flogs. Shame them Maxy, some bad publicity is well deserved
LMFAO. I would have argued til the cops showed up hahahahaha.
she was right, doing her job and following rules
It’s so cool that you got a lady that loves to ride with you a lady that loves to ride Super sport
Maxy getting some good juice 😂
As a CSR they got some orders from upside and that's what they are following, in short, “CSRs” are not liable for this kind of communication.
Seriously 😎 they make your roads dream ✊🏻💨

What up MAXY! same thing happen to me bro 7:40 but, with a ps4 game i when to buy a game at game stop at night and i rode there and walked in with my helmet on and the dude was "like take off your helmet i cant see your face with the ID" to buy a MA rated game i think it was Mortal Kombat i was wtf dude!
What ate you using for headsets for you and your girl and are you happy with it?
If she isn't over 21, and you give it to her, then the had stations legal obligation ends at checking your ID. You giving it to her would be a crime on your part, not theirs.
Godspeed Wristy!
Total click bait haha thought I was gonna hear the circle k employee say you're banned 🤣🤣
Finally someone posts a video without blurring faces lol.. you got my sub
So wait... with this logic my parents are not allowed to buy alcohol if I’m with them... I go groceries shopping with my parents every week and I never get asked for my Id lmaooo
you have found your way into the youtube algorithm. Keep posting more now while your still in it
well ... i own circle K ... and i am not happy with what just happened ... Highly Appreciate that video

I work at a QT near there and if I don't see her talk to you about the wine, hold the wine, or you ask her about the wine, there is no reason to not sell the wine. As far as I'm concerned you are the one purchasing the wine. She has no intervention.
This is how it works legally shes not a cop she is a CASHIER
I dont understand the others comments
Max same shit happens here in aus can't by booze if you have child under 18 with you so we tell them to wait around the corner
So what I got from those people in the store is that you can't buy alcohol if the person you rode with isn't 21.
"This is america"
Not sure what you're saying, but theres far more of a nanny state in Europe and the UK.
@@monroe7403 not able to buy alcohol before the age of 21? Land of the free huh
The age for alcohol consumption doesn't dictate what is a free country. It used to be 18 here until the 80's, too many accidents and issues lead to pressure from Democrats and liberal organizations to raise the age. And we have a far larger population than most other countries, so more potential for issues.

So if I walk in to buy alcohol I can’t buy any until I hand over all the Ids of every stranger In The parking lot? Where’s the location?
He was with someone, it’s common sense.
Okay so if another car pulls up to the parking spot next to me at the same time I park my car does that mean they are with me and I need their ID? Just because someone else is in a vehicle near me does not mean they are “with me”
I guess if a tractor trailer pulls into the parking lot at the same time as me that truck driver is with me too.
@@C-B2003 so what if hes with someone. They didnt ask for i.d. when my dad purchased beer at the grocery store when I was with him and only 17. It's just a poor attitude from the employees.
Gregory Kitchens they know each other and were riding together. He then told his mate to leave to make it look like they were just parked next to each other, its to make sure the driver with ID isn’t purchasing alcohol to then give to someone underage. It really is common sense.
After she left with the wine you should’ve walked in and said “thanks for the wine”
