Am ur follower since 3-4 years. Lost weight , gained weight again. Same story. Now even I started my healthy eating journey. I started taking 1 gm per kg body wt protein whis is helping a lot. Am a vegetarian. So taking paneer, greek yogurt, protein shake , and legumes. Even you can replace dahi with greek yogurt. Can be taken vth paratha, upma or poha also for breakfast. Keep posting videos daily. Good luck ❤

Don't get me wrong but if you show the weight update atleast after 15 days and the starting weight,it would be more helpful and to connect..i have been watching you from the last 4 years...and by seeing you i also started my weight loss journey..with you i also lost around 15 kgs ..but this year i again regained a few weights.due to academic pressure and unhealthy lifestyle..but will work on it..and you are motivating us..
