@kevinmalda3182 Yeah. It's ridiculous that farmers can't get paid what they should for their product. They can't name their price like everyone else does. They take what they get. I'm in south central North Dakota. We have everything around here. Wheat, barley, corn, canolla, sunflowers, and beans. There's more and more corn being grown here all the time. IDK how they do it. It's all dryland, and 120 bu is really good corn. Granted, I'm sure cash rent is not nearly as high here as it is there. I don't farm. I just have cattle. The cattle people are the ones that keep the prices up on tractors like that 4440. Even though they are not front wheel assist, they still make a damn good loader tractor and awesome haying tractors. That's why I was shocked when I saw what that tractor sold for. I had to back it up to make sure I heard it right. A nice 4020 powershift will still bring $12,000 around here.
I thought that IHC "anteater" was cheap enough at $5,000. If I'd known about the sale, (and was 1500 miles closer), I'd have bid on it. Cheap prices for everything IMHO.
You do a great job on your video's! Thanks!
Thank you! Glad you like. Thanks for watching!!!
Wow. I would have jumped in on that 4440 if I had seen the auction.
Thanks for watching!
@Chestnutridgefunnyfarm That was a hell of a deal, wasn't t it? I could'a bought that thing and brought it back to ND and easily made over $20K. Wow.
Are you kidding me? That 4440 would have brought $27K to $30K where I'm at.
Thanks for watching and commenting!
Hard to bid on things when corn is $3.50/bu., let alone pay the bills.
