Actually this IS NOT Lap Hell Hotfix. This is a mod the Combines Lap Hell Hotfix with Eggs Lap Mod called "The Box of Hell". All the mod really is just a REALLY scuffed port of Lap Hell Hotfix and Eggs Lap Mod with some little extra features and honestly, some really good sprite work. Mod: gamebanana.com/mods/478690 (although the patch is broken and you can't play it, and if you do back up your Noise save file as it gets overridden with Peppinos save data).
Only person that is credited is the coder on the mode page PizzaBeat. Also, the mod is being made by a team so i have no idea who you have to ask permission for.
