Even though it was normalized for teenage girls to be married to much older men at that time, it was probably still a garbage experience for the teenager girls.
Ew! Why would she want an old lech like Seymour anyway? Elizabeth and Dudley are a love match but wouldn’t have married anyway because she would never have given up her power to anyone thank God.
Don't care what anyone says... Alicia von Rittberg really does look the part... more than Margot Robbie did. Maybe not quite as well as Cate Blanchett was.
The problem is her age to me. She doesn't look a day younger than 28, with all those wrinkles you can see in the close-ups (and there are a lot of close-ups). And she is supposed to be a teenager here, age 13-15. And it is an essential part of the story that she is just a child, especially in the Seymour storyline.
Thomas Seymour: How dare she like someone her own age and not A creepy old man like myself.
Si Thomas, suena taaaan incomprensible (nótese sarcasmo please)
Creepy old married man like myself
he´s everything but creepy and old.

The actor plays creepy so well, I feel uncofortable just watching this only scene

He is creepy just like the real Thomas Seymour
Ι dislike him so much....
Why is Catherine part acting like a madwoman
What do you mean, she acts perfectly normal 😄 Just alittle fun.
Oh my gosh I laughed so much at the clouds story, what a silly thing haha! And yikes Thomas really being terrible here. Thanks for posting Lili!

Please, let's keep Philippa Gregory out of this.
Philippa: a crear drama e inexactitud histórica
Ew
What a creep
