I lost my best friend to pancreatic cancer in 2014. This song 100% reminds me of her everytime I hear it. So many bedside conversations I remember during those last few weeks whenever I hear this song; always telling her how much I loved her, both dreading her passing and simultaneously praying with her for it just so her suffering would end. This song isn't about romance so much as it's about love. Goddamnit, I miss her so much.
