What if your a senior this year at a NAIA? Can you now play a year next year at a D1 or D2 school

Should be correct but make sure to verify with advisors at your school.

What about schools like westmont and Jessup that went from naia to ncaa lat year? Do they, essentially, get a double senior class next year?

so if i played juco during covid and i played 2 years of naia after so i get those 2 years back?

@@dbemarkodadonn Right now you only get the one year of extra eligibility if your official eligibility ends this spring.

@ well that’s the thing i technically only played 2 years at Naia that actually counted towards my eligibility because juco during covid didn’t count and i only played one season before that

Does a player from graduating class of 2019 get this year? My son went back down to juco due to all that crap with Covid. He didn’t want to sit out a year due to the one time transfer. But the school s compliance officer is telling every player he doesn’t really think they qualify. He and his teammates were all 2019 grads , played juco and were seniors this year.

Played at D2 school freshman year/they're now a D1 program.
Sophmore year went to a JUCO.
    Junior year D3 school.
Senior year D3 school. (this upcoming season)
Would I have another year of eligibility?

Does this apply if I am a senior in soccer at a D1 school, I played 1 year in JUCO my freshman year, and graduate this upcoming spring 2025. Does this mean I am eligible for 1 more year next year for sure, if I just exhausted my last season of eligibility this year?

So red shirt players get 6 years or they will possibly eliminate the red shirt rules. Most likely anyway.
