An interesting character. Beyond all the flashy stuff, Victor relies on a lot of fundamentals, like block punishing and whiff punishing. Using uf1,1 on blocked lows has been fantastic.

I see this as a result of lacking knowledge on Viktor and the player themselves being great. It’s not like only Viktor can side step.
One thing for sure is that people lack info on where to punish him and how it’s done. He has a lot of punishable strings, to the point some even call him bad. A strong Jin main could parry him and take him to town once they are familiar with him.

I like Victor as a character, but I wish he didn't have so many weapons. A karambit, a combat knife a pistol, and a katana? I think he would have been better off with just the karambit and the pistol. It's all petty, but he seems a little over the top

He has those weapons for all situations
1.sword just in case u want to stay in mid range
2. Gun just in case u trying to stay far away
3. And then the knives for close tactical combat
4. Lastly all weapons combine to be a all around super spy imo he's perfect for all combat scenarios

The new characters are just not it in this game. This guy looks and feels like a mk character and we lost heihachi and others for a dancing moron and a bowl cut lesbian. Sucks to see I’m in the minority tho as it seems people enjoy these characters a lot.
