When David Goggins said 'I used to tell lies just to have a friend' or that he was depressed and insecure because of what life threw at him. That hit me hard because it's very relatable to me at 25 years old. I've told lies just to get people to like me and I'm very insecure in all aspects of life. But if there's anything I've learnt from David goggins is we have to improve ourselves and believe we can become the best versions of ourselves. For me as jocko has said 'ignore and out perform' is my main focus.
My answers to the 3 point landing questions are: Running my life looks like a person who is confident, committed and determined to achieving my God given purpose in this life. New challenges I'm ready to take on are to take myself to the next level by creating a nonprofit organization that provides Information, Motivation, Inspiration and Hope to the community. What does owning your life look like for you? For me, it's taking responsibility for the consequences of my actions, which have brought me to where I am now. And not blaming my parents, my spouse, my children, my background, my upbringing or my limitations. It's knowing that I've brought myself to where I am now, and it's my actions and decisions that will take me to the achievement of my goals, through His mercy and help. It's about accepting the power of my actions to bring about either bad or good.

Evan Carmichael, so far in my life I deal with skytso defective disorder and bi polar also dealing with anxiety and ADHD. But it's my responsibility to take care of a FB group, will be website. At times theres stuff I want to do, but first and foremost I like to learn people's lessons in life, it's my forte. Also I reluctantly spent d a portion of my time relearning this such as metaphysicality, and philosophy. I wanna become a paramedic. Even before watching to the end, I think my meaning of outworking everyone has changed a bit, from one that used to be working on the things I'm good at to the ones that most people will not be willing to face. You have to do both, not just work on the stuff you're good at.
Owning my life is first, getting my fat body into the best shape possible. Second, owning my life is getting my business going and profitable. The newest challenges, doing 1000 pushups in 30 minutes every day.. no days off. Second challenge learn my new trading business and getting it profitable. To build myself up to do it? 1) Embrace the suck. 2) Enjoy the freedom that completing the challenges will give me. 3) Go find more challenges to do.
Imagine if Goggin's had done MARSOC instead of Seals, his content would be through the roof. Mental and physical toughness would exceed You tubes content. He would have been #1 on Amazon and possibly banned in every country.
What does owning your life looks like for you? It looks like getting up in the morning excited about the work I'll be doing during the day. Looking forward to another day at the office/shop/business I'm building. Having enough resources to bless people arround me and support causes I really feel passionate about. What new challege are you ready to take on? I'm ready to start my own business, learn new skills and become a better christian, father and leader in my community.
