After all its about creating content not tearing yourselves to bits. I was thinking about your eating challenges, maybe researching what they used to eat in the distant past what we no longer have in our diets (such as offal, which is basically the organs of the body, Kidneys, Liver, Heart etc) and see how they prepared them.. I warn you that some of what they used to eat is far from what we consider to be nice or even edible. The BBC may have recipes and info as they have had programs in the past with them supposing to be trying them. Sorry for the long message. I will leave you alone now 😂😂
