- Hello everyone, hotfix #46 seems to have introduced a bug similar to a fog or war that no longer reveals lit areas at a distance but only a dim dot indicating if there is a torch presently lit. The only way to see what is behind the fog of war is to change your shadow settings to high or be within a certain proximity which then will allow the lit torches to reveal the lit area. Multiclass has also been removed!
Hotfix #46 is a W in my opinion with MC gone, I hope to see more pickpocket rogues and rats in the lobbies!

UPDATE: I can confirm after changing my shadow settings to high and restarting the client that the fog of war is no longer, make sure you don't have low/medium shadows and to restart the client afterwords or you are at a disadvantage!!!!
haha you look like you're having a great time and the music choice is awesome. It definitely contributed to keeping me enthralled to your shenanigans. I regret not using multiclass more while it was around for goofier things, I always theorized it could be used for some pretty interesting pickpocket strats but never bothered to test it.
Its always a blast! :D I agree multi class theory for pickpocketing could have been peak!!! The rat form pickpocketing druid with double jump still calls for me hahaha

Welcome to the channel and I appreciate your point of view! Ill have to mess around with the graphic settings and see, ive been running low quality for performance for a while now and only noticed the torches doing this from a distance after this recent patch. I dont really find pickpocketing fun in normal's so I just do it in high roller where the stakes are a bit higher. Hope to see you in the dungeon soon and look out for more pvp content now that multiclass is gone :)

never tried pickpocket in solo but love doin it in trio if im takin too many Ls on other classes
Its definitely a refreshing playstyle! Instead of focusing on kills and AP its just focusing on having fun :)
To fix it make your shadow settings high
I was the fighter and my buddy was the ranger at 5:11 we where so confused when you shut that door. I hope the warlock didn't kill you after I died and you started looting.
hahah thats too funny! The swarm took me shortly after I killed your friend and ran away I didnt have time to grab his pots xD
There is nothing about "fog of war" in the patch. This is a bug if your shadows are on medium, and it's only for users with that setting. So go change your setting to low/high or you're just fucking yourself over not being able to see further. I've had this problem for like a month or two until I changed shadows.

IM has slid in silent updates in the past, but this could very well be something to do with graphics ill check and see thanks for the input!
Maybe they finally fixed it for all settings but it def wasnt in the last patch notes I saw. Was whack when it was only on one setting since ppl just had a disadvantage they didn't even know about (me).
After looking at a twitch stream RN they don't have the "fog" whatsoever. They can see clear across large modules. So seemingly it's still bugged whether you get the fog or not.
