It's so cute! And I think I heard some interested birds. What a great idea for hanging the plate. I love the dangling faux crystals. Have you changed to silicon adhesive? I might have missed a video about that. The internet service went down here a little while back and I missed some of my favorite videos. Thank you for sharing this fun project. ❤
Thank you! 😊 I believe the birds flying overhead making all that noise were Ospreys. I've been working on an adhesive experiment and finding that GE Silicone works well too, so I wanted to try it for this project : )
Hello, I always love your creations. Each and every one is so pretty. I enjoy watching what you come up with next. Just fyi, I get my hangers with 3 chains and clips at Dollar Tree for $1.25 each in case you are interested. Again, you made such beautiful art, I just love it!! And the kitties too!!
Love your bird feeder! Do you have suggestions for adhesives that would hold up in AZ’s 110 to 120 degree temps. E6000 gives up at 110 everything falls apart.
Thank you! I've been working on an adhesive experiment and I'm finding that GE silicone is holding up well in the heat. It gets really hot here in Florida too and E6000 melts in the sun. Epoxy has worked well for me too.
That’s adorable! It showed up in RUclips shorts and I had to see what you did! You have inspired me! My dining room table is covered with plates, bowls, candle holders and shot glasses right now. I have a question. I’ve seen you use JBWeld epoxy, E6000 glue, and today you used GE tub and tile silicone. Do you have a preference or are you using different adhesives for different types of glass, ceramic and china?
Thank you! I've been experimenting with adhesives and actually have a video coming up soon with this experiment. I wanted to see which ones worked best. E6000 I have found , can melt in the hot Florida sun. So I have been using epoxy which holds up well. I am finding that the clear GE silicone also holds up well so I have been trying that too. It's a process!
Hi there. I don't know what glue you were using but E6000 would be excellent in this application. This is really beautiful. I might make it since I have a lot of different birds in my area. Thank you for the tutorial. Stay safe out there. Take care and God bless
Thank you! Yes E6000 has worked for me in the the past, but if I put it in the hot sun it will melt. Silicone or epoxy seems to work better in this hot weather : ) ♥
@@MyLittleSliceofParadise hi there. I understand. Thank you for information it will be very helpful. You are a true artist. Stay safe out there. Take care and God bless
Does the silicone caulk turn yellow in sun? I bought Gorilla epoxy for a glass craft but upon reading found it turns yellow in sun! Need a clear adhesive for glass project.
@@MyLittleSliceofParadise I’m wanting to make a pseudo stained glass piece. It’s gluing place, shallow dish, etc to glass in a frame. Then using tiny clear crystal beads around that to finish filling in the exposed glass. So just not sure what to use!

Very cute! Question why did you use Silicone? You normally use JB Weld as the adhesive. Just curious.
Thank you! I've been working on an adhesive experiment and finding that GE Silicone works well too, so I wanted to try it for this project : )

Absolutely adorable. Does the silicone hold up in the heat? I'm in Texas. ♥️🤠
Yes it does! I've been experimenting with adhesives and the silicone is holding up better than E6000. But epoxy works too. Thank you ♥

It’s so beautiful, but it would look better with the Sticker off bottom of the Cup

So far it has not. It is not crystal clear though, it is kind of a milky clear.

This is a beautiful idea! I love the finished product! Can I ask what glue you are using?
Thank you! I used GE Silicone clear ♥
