I ordered twice from Tata Cliq both were bad experiences,
The first time it was a Fossil watch for around 14K , arrived on time but fucking refused to work , every 4 hours the thing kept stopping my dad had to slap it like a remote , finally we returned the product and got the refund.
Next time I ordered a pair of Onitsuka Tiger sneakers (around 8K) and they sent a fake pair. Again claimed for a return , the guy arrived the very next day to get the shoes and they took two whole months for the refund to be processed. Both terrible experiences
something similar happened to me, once I bought a tv from Croma (Samsung something) and they delivered a broken bpl tv(fungus included) when we complained they said “we packaged your product and we have your sign that it has been delivered”. Later had to file a case on them which has been going on for 2 years
Ever since that day, I record everything I unbox(and you should too)

6 year old girl from my village getting blood cancer treatment at TATA memorial hospital for free. Treatment cost around 8 lakh.
I had the same experience on buying a mobile phone from Flipkart, there was some defect in the product and they were not ready to replace that ever after giving them all the artifacts and on technical visits also they were saying its a genuine defect but after that they were cancelling the return.... After 3-4 days of constant raising concern and recording all the calls and making videos of the technical visit guy and after threatening them to raise a complaint and all, they agreed to replace the product...it was just a bad experience and very frustrating one.

Brother same incident happened with me...same story as you said..all the things you have done I have done the same...I have tried to logged there complain with consumer forum also..that's also was not help...I made a tweet also..but that didn't helped too..my product was also 8500 rs adidas sneakers...later I thought that may me tatacliq is not the culprit but may be delivery boy has done this...but after seeing your video I am now sure that tatacliq has done this...very poor service by tatacliq...I am not even getting my 8499 rs...you are right that they will not listen to common man..very said even government authority is not helping..

I have always had a good experience on TATA CLIQ surprised something happened like this it maybe bad seller or maybe transit scam or something i have also ordered shoes and many other things from tata cliq aswell but something close to this also never happened

The same happened to me with my Samsung M52 phone. It started showing green lines after software update and my phone is 1.5years old so its out off warranty. Similar thing happened to a person in his Note 20 but he had a Twitter profile with over 20k followers. He got his phone repaired free of cost inspite his phone being out of warranty. But in my case they were charging me Rs8000. They give special service to people with influence.

Right brother, I purchased Adidas Women's PARK ST Peach Tennis Shoes from Tata CLiq, & the courier service delivered me garments, after delay of 7 delivery day. till date they did not refund my money.
It's not only a problem tatacliq I have ordered a pant from Myntra and I want to return I given return request but the delivery guy said write the description correctly I said ok but in the app the return option was not applicable (matlab return option dekha he nahi Raha tha) I asked sister she said call customer care people etc etc. NA CUSTOMER CARE DIDN'T ANSWER ME AUR RETURN OPTION AYA NAHI #myntra

I'll never buy from tata cliq again, last year I bought a smartphone (Mi 11x) which was then around Rs 30000 and it was listed for 25000 on tata cliq, i bought it under the impression that Tata is a very reputable brand, my order was getting delayed and delayed so I checked some reviews, and I was just too scared after seeing the reviews because they all were negative, then I checked the ratings which was around 2.4 and that was costly device so I was afraid ki kuch scam na ho jaaye, finally the order arrived a week later, and when I unboxed the device it was all right, even the box was sealed, but when I checked the activation date of the smartphone via imei it said it was already activated in dec 2021, I ordered the smartphone in January end and it arrived mid Feb, i went to their portal and uploaded all the with proof, even with their customer care I told them ki "Tata cliq ki saari ratings negative dikhi hai, mujhe bhi same experience Dene waale ho?" I'm no influencer but I got the refund like 1.5 weeks after they took back the device and they took 2 days to pick up the phone, I was very anxious In the 1.5 weeks period ki Paisa return toh ho jaega na, but I learned a lesson ki never buy from tata cliq...

3 years ago One of my friend ordered some gift for his wife and he got some cheap copy of same.
He has the same experience as yours since then I never visited TataCliq.
Tata ka kuch lo hi mat. Mene Ratan Tata ka naam sunke ek bicycle liya tha. 6k offline. Saala 3 din......bencho 3 din me brakes khatam....1 fooking week me tyres, 1 mahine me rust lagna chalu. Sir pakad liya mene. Saala itna jaldi deterioration kis cycle me hota h be. And it wasn't even rainy season!!!
Now i understand why there is sudden rise in praises of Ratan Tata everywhere in social media. Sab scam tha.

Only BBnow By Tata is the best and generous company, they sent a wrong order to me and when i complained they instantly refunded the whole amount and didnt even take the order back.
So not all tata products are bad. It depends on the executive and the management.
