I know a thrift store in an old primary school where it’s everything you can get in a black garbage bag for 5$. I went today, got 24 things including a Kenneth Cole winter coat, a trench and a 100% silk scarf printed and rolled by hand, shorts, a skirt, jewelry etc....comes to 2 cents each piece😉

I try not to buy clothes too often, but something made me pop into the thrift store on my lunch break the day before Valentine's and I found a lightweight maroon striped knit dress that I'll get so much use out of (basic) & a one shoulder white sweater dress that was a little splurge in our South Texas climate (unique). My splurge & my basic were each $5. You just never know!
Have you considered a fun, polished lob haircut? I envision it completing your looking and giving your style a little something extra. Have watched your channel since you started- love your creativity💕

I thought you had the Todd Oldham vibe down pat, just from your examples of his runway looks and your own "dress-up closet" interpretation at 16:46. So spot-on!
You have inspired me. I go to the thrift shop with one color in mind, like the one you show here, and then go to each section and just find things of that ONE Colorway and instead of putting things in my closet by type, I put them together in colorways. .

I would have picked the jacket you purchased and if I had to limit would have bought it and the black jacket with metal.

19:45 Hate when people do this: I find myself having to constantly move around when I'm trying something in a corner of a thrift store because there's always people who, despite having tons of space and empty aisles where they can pass through, must absolutely squeeze in the small corner I'm in with their carts :/. Or when I'm sifting through a rack: despite having the whole store to them, there's always a person who has to come right next to me. They scan me to see in which direction I'm headed, then place themselves right there and start their own search, interrupting mine lol

The way you determine whether blazers (and or shirts) are by what side the buttons are on. Women's clothes have them on the Left side. No mystery.
