Great I video, nicely done. Guess thats not rush-hour time, I love that there is almost no traffic, very good traffic flow and also free parking spots everywhere.
No, don't drive Seattle. It's plagued with homeless piss and crap, traffic, high prices---including taxes and high priced homes (albeit housing shortages). Take my word for it, drive around Seattle as if to avoid it. There is no good time to drive here, plus the fact that once you are on a freeway, you can't get off and good luck with getting on a freeway in the first place. If you want to see the Space Needle so badly, by all means, buy a book. Stay home.
