✔️ Ingredients and Recipe
✨ Sauce for Garlic Chives Cake
▪️ Lime Juice - 1 large or 2 Tbsp
▪️ Garlic - 3 Cloves
▪️ Shallots - 1/2 small or 1 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Chillies as much like
✨ Lightly cook Garlic Chives
▪️ Cooking Oil - 1.5 Tbsp
▪️ Minced Garlic - 5 Cloves
▪️ Garlic Chives - 250g
▪️ Salt - 1/4 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 Tsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1/2 Tsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 1 Tsp
▪️ Baking soda - 1/4 Tsp ( optional )
✨ Flour Mixture
▪️ Rice Flour - 2 Cups
▪️ Tapioca Flour - 1 Cup
▪️ Salt - 1/4 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
▪️ Water - 3 Cups
▪️ Cooking Oil - 1 Tbsp
✨ please watch video carefully when you cook flour. If you miss any step your mixture can become too thick and it can ruin the texture.

NUM kui chai បើយើងមិនប្រើ kui chai វាក្លាយជា Num Krouk 😂 ព្រោះគ្រឿងផ្សំស្ទើរតែដូចគ្នា.
ទាំងពីរគឺជាសំណព្វរបស់ខ្ញុំ!
NUM kui chai , if we don't use kui chai , it's become Num Krouk 😂 , because the ingredients almost identical
Both are my favorite!
