Have a question, if I had a video with normal head movement but the mouth/lips are still, not moving. Will the software make the lip movement in sync with an attached voice in the timeline?

Although the videos posted are great, this website doesn't even allow us to do a few seconds. How can I be sure that the video I was really comes out of? I have to test a few seconds. But there is no way to test unless we first give it that is not logical.

Yikes. I think it did blow up in popularity recently. I had great success with free when I made this video but liked what it could do so much that I paid for it in the end.

I understand your concern about pricing; while there are free options available, they may not offer the same level of accuracy and features as paid services.
Everybody knows how badly voice-to-text can really mess up sometimes so you can imagine all of the screw-ups that a person won't be able to catch if they can't even read the language after the translation dictation. AI doesn't understand sarcasm or comedy and can't translate well. Nor can It tell the inflection with certain languages that are needed. This is going to be a nightmare comedy show that I am going to be happily ready with my popcorn to watch. You better hire your human proofreader now or start making your multiple copies of apology video. One or the other 😂
Yes, as German speakers we can see the limitations already. Several of these videos are translating literally, which is embarrassing, also you can't switch between formal and informal speech nor gender specific speech. When I say gender specific, I don't mean the newest trend in pronouns, I'm talk about gendered words that many foreign languages have built into them.
This is just first gen product, give it a couple of years and this would be another level, also, it is mainly free voice to text are becoming very natural right now, just look at the one use by GPT 4.

While the time limit can be restrictive business plans allow up to 20 mins and you can just upload videos in 5 minute chunks then put the result back together in your video editor again. I did this with our podcast. Even stitched together 2 speakers! Check it out:
