I dunno why, but seeing Kel miss the damage cap of 9999 by a SINGLE point is infinitely funnier than if he actually reached it. Puts the amount of damage into better perspective, or something

Now do it against Cpt. Spaceboy (FURIOUS), with Kel using a Speed Equipment item. I guarantee you it's possible to break 10k.

do you know of a save file / mod which has the required skills, charms and levels to do this lineup?
(btw, single-hit damage is capped at 9999. but if I use a move that attacks 4x in one go such as omori's red hands, the cap only applies to each individual attack so >10k dmg is possible with that)
edit: also, I won't be able to use the chicken ball against spaceboy bc the fight takes place before orange oasis is unlocked

from the wiki, Cpt. Spaceboy takes the same emotion damage at all phases, but im pretty sure Space Ex-husband does, but the wiki doesnt specify
additionally, the Chicken Ball is not required here as stats are capped at 999, so Kel with Basketball is 230 speed iirc, then coffee increases speed by 5x so it hits the cap
happy isnt techanically required as the mod used to make damage varience always at 1.2 also makes all attacks crit, but sad reduces speed and angry reduces defense so happy it is

wait so you can just use like run and gun then drink 1 or 2 coeffe's and then make kel happy and flex and then 10k damage? i thought you needed a ton of coeffe's (yes i know the one shot method)

the lineup is in the desc, but basically it's just an ecstatic kel on coffee and a sno-cone flexing and then using run&gun on an angry weakened perfectheart

@luckx_agent also u don't need >1 coffee/sno-cone bc kel's speed is already 999 (maxed out). in this vid the random damage multiplier (0.8x-1.2x) is modded to always be 1.2x tho so 9998 is the max damage you can do with this but the average should be like 7000+ or something
