Processing the diamonds in place adds another potential money maker for this project in the field of manufacturing industrial diamond 💎 cutting blades, grinding wheels, etc...
Take advantage of the residue grit left over from the diamond cutting and polishing operation. All manufactured locally by local people.

This seems like a clever plan to prepare for the future in creating a industry training center locally. If they pursue the solar/wind green energy route and try to scale mining equipment to operate electrically on autonomous power grids then the high cost of fuel for mining equipment is mitigated. If done right this project has the potential to change the way mining is done globally by using green technology to reduce environmental impact and reduce the overall cost of operations.
