That's because Boeing is run by MBAs and Accountants and not Aviation engineers, so for them physics must follow the laws of economics.

WRONG. MBA´s know how to run businesses and this is not the problem.
THE PROBLEM IS THE MILITARY - PERIOD.
Since BOEING became a part of the military industry, it has been gutted for pure profits making.
THE MILITARY is not in the business to make a product that works. IT is in the business to MILK the US GOVERNMENT FOREVER on products designed NOT to work so they can continue to milk contracts ON THE BELIEF that one day it will work.
      SAFETY is expensive.
Since BOEING falls under the military arm, it no longer has to perform and provide the same safety standards as military systems under the law.
Maintenance and Safety have been destroyed and ripped out of the company to make way for more profits at the expense of the civilians who use the aircraft.
      THAT IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
The WHISTLE BLOWERS have tried to get that out but where killed before doing so.
LIKE SO MANY OTHER AREA IN THE USA - the nation has fallen into the hands of the MAFIA, MAFIA TACTICS and ways of doing business like never before and it seems it will take a revolution to change course in the country to fix it.

Tbh Boeing planes are the most scrutinized planes right now so I think that would be most likely be unreliable before the trial but after the investigation, I think it could be better now. Unfortunately for the old planes, it can't be guaranteed. However I don't wanna put the blame on Boeing plane alone for the Jeju Air crash. There were so many factors to consider.
    1. 13 flights in 48 hours- which means there could be an issue with maintenance
    2. 1 personnel assigned for bird control watch
    3. poor airport design- concrete slab at the end of the runway and length of runway did not pass regulation
    4. lack of communication with the pilot and airport command centre
    5. could also be human error

This Jeju airplane crash was not the fault of a landing gear issue. Professional pilots already weighted in on the issue and said for the type of landing that they were trying to make they didn’t need the landing gear. The issue was the wall that they hit. It wasn’t made out of the right material and didn’t break apart the way it should have when hit by the plane. Other wise the issue for that plane was a bird that got sucked into the engine. That’s not specific to the Boeings manufacturing process.

She has made good posts in the past, but this one, this lady lost her mind and just talking shit. You cannot blame the plane manufacturer for every accident without the investigation being complete. Its a 15 year old plane which would have undergone lot of maintenance checks and the plane might have completed approx. more than 25000 take off and landings. Airlines might have delayed or skipped couple of maintenance activities, or airline technicians might have skipped any steps during the maintenance or might have forgot any procedures during any repair or removal of parts. There might be multiple factors contributing to the accident. We cannot come to a conclusion saying its Boeing's fault without knowing the background.

    • @jayg6434

The airplane landing especially take a heavy toll on the undercarriage and the plane’s underbelly over time. The stresses alone can cause micro fractures in the fuselage which must be often inspected. The landing gear needs to be maintained frequently too. I am however not sure whether they get the attention they deserve during maintenances as many airlines overuse these planes to the max.

I always look for an Airbus, but its not possible all the time connecting flights are sometimes Boeing. If its Boeing, I only fly in 777 or something else that has a good safety record and an airline with good safety record as well.

It is not the fault of Boeing, but rather the companies that never send it for service. Look at how many times Indian Airlines have broken, rusty, and have no maintenance done on time. Companies are running for their profit up to the last leg till it tears apart. If you buy a car and never do maintenance, then what will happen? The safety check is the issue rather than Boeing.

Boeing known as the flying coffin.
Recent crashes claiming 200+ lives + last few years crash following the Ethiopian Airlines ( nose dive on land due to malfunction) and Indonesia airlines operation by lion airlines plunged into deep cold sea claimed 300+ lives. Definitely a flying coffin.

The Boeing endured its belly in the run way without explosion indicating its durable structure. The failure of its landing gear indicates lack if pre maintenance as it was traveling beyond 48 hours. The death of the passengers is the barrier causing explosion.
