P.S. Sorry if i rushed some steps like the fact that vega cards come way overvolted and that you shall try to increase frequency or decrease voltage 10Mhz or 10Mv at the time in order to get the maximum frequency for that voltage, or to get the lowest possible voltage for that frequency. Like i said, VEGA cards are funny to tune and these were the "sweet spot settings" i found.

Using the Division 2 benchmark, I went from a 59 FPS average with a score of 5993 in the benchmark to a 86 FPS average and a score of 7680. I did go with a slight more conservative route with the state 7 at 1660 Mhz. I'm going to run the full benchmarks on it today as it was 4am when I finished last night. If you flash Vega 64 VBIOS onto a Vega 56 GPU you can get a nice boost on memory overclocking. It won't make any difference to anything else since the core is cutdown but it's still very much worth it. You can get 1000Mhz or more on memory as it allows you to drive the memory controller to a higher voltage as well (Vega 64's memory controller voltage is 1100 by default).

I bought a Vega 56 at launch & have it running in a custom water loop. I flashed it with a stock V64 bios. It runs HBM @ 1050mhz & without touching anything else boosts up to 1720mhz with a power consumption of 250w max. Under heavy load in some games it will drop to about 1650mhz but in less demanding games the high boost clock can make it unstable so I use Afterburner to constrain the max clocks. The original V56's could in many cases run the HBM at 1100mhz although that wasn't the case with mine. Temps are usually 38-42°c max rising close to 50 on a hot summers day (UK)
I bought this card at launch at a discounted price for slightly less than the cheapest GTX1070.

I activate xmp profile but ddram frequency remains at 2400mhz .. how is that possible? I updated bios and also cmos reset + fresh windows install+latest drivers :( I don’t know where to bump my head anymore

Do bios update or flash to old one. I have motherbord problem too, can’t oc higher than 4.3Ghz on my r5-2600.
