How about setting a expiration date for a token by the consumer and a on-demand feature to revoke the said token through an app or user interface if the consumer suspects fraud ?
How do they get through transaction without OTP after getting details of card? Card details could be shared unknowingly but i felt I'm secured bcs of OTP.
Can't we freeze out balance like bank freezing our ac And when we need it we can use it Like can put the password or something to lock my balance So no one can use that fund without out permission If we have huge fund we can set the limit to do online or card transactions.
And don't use PayPal merchant Only one time I feeded my card details the very next month beginning some one tried to use my international card Luckily I didn't had balance and after that I blocked my card

Through the netbanking we can see tokens of our card and can revoke token issued to particular entity that is good initiative
