This one wasn't too bad since it focused on episodes they've already seen. There are screenshots a joke from later episodes, but they're small enough. Theory 2, however, gets a bulk of it's evidence from 'Feral Friends'

I think he got a bit too hung up on the friends thing, those are probably just reused models a lot of the time. But yeah, it's definitely weird that they intentionally decided to have Squidward wear Squilliams robe that one episode. Thats not an accident. Next episodes get better tho
Another thing is that at the end of the Professor Squidward episode, that same lady from the beginning said "We all know that Squillium has a unibrow." So how would she even confuse Squidward for Squillium when she can clearly see Squidward has no unibrow? Correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't know if it's a good idea to watch these rn tbh. Sure that the show doesn't really have continuity but he pretty much explains full episodes you haven't reached yet later on. If you watch these there isn't any big problem with it ig, just that it might ruin a few surprises for some eps.
No the continuity ended after the pre movie not before season 4 is still good everything after get out you've broken it things like good neighbors the thing squid wood and all that glitters wigstruck too are flaws though
