Evaluating Non-Native Fish Populations in the San Joaquin River

In this short video, we highlight our mark-recapture study to evaluate #nonnative #fishpopulations in the #SanJoaquinRiver. This study uses large fyke traps to sample fish. One unique aspect of this #study is that #fishermen can help in the data collection process by returning tags of fishes that were marked. This information can help us estimate how big their #populations are.
