I love your work ilt s very professional, i m glad to find your channel i want to learn and do all rings that you do thank you i hope you have a great futur
the diamond tips are below the surface of the pins you could never get the pins in or if you put the pins in then tried to set the diamonds the diamonds would hit the pins...
Congratulations on the video. I have a suggestion, and it is that as you know, the vast majority of jewelry pieces are lowered or hollow below to remove weight, so that it is more economical. It would be interesting to see some videos on this matter, since when making lags the polysurfaces give many errors. Thank you very much greetings
Thanks for always sharing your knowledge. If I want to manufacture a similar bracelet to yours but different type links. Do I buy the clasps ready? Do I buy the pin ready? Do I cast the links (will the pin stay secure if I push it in) or does there need to be more detail in the model?
Most of mass production is using ready-made clasp. If it is one of the kind, and you have fabricated clasp before, you can fabricate one that fit your design dimension. you may able to cast the box clasp but need to fabricate the tong. Since cast piece is too soft. For the link, once you calculate the pin holes are, you cast them without pins. than you can have the pin on it and solder on out side links, so it is moveable and stay in place. You cannot just push the pin and leave it there. it will fall out. (for precious metal)

Don’t you need to worry about the cutlets where the links connect? They will be hit by the wire when you put them together.
I don't think it the cutlet is touching the pin. but if that is the piece, you can make the middle section longer.
Superb sir , great tutorial
