I would guess that in most countries, there may only be a few exceptions where consumer protection does not apply (e.g when buying faulty goods when they have been clearly labelled as such). But like I said, you would have to read the laws and regulations in the countries within which you are doing business to be 100% sure.
Planning on using Stripe Connect for a marketplace make Direct charges to Standard connected accounts to sell physical products. If there are disputes/chargebacks to the individual connected accounts is the platform account at risk or just the individual connect accounts?
