Hello! I'm 13 now and I've reached 710. I've quit juggling because it gives me ankle problems and I don't have the time for it but every now and then a few touches help :). I play defensive midfield!
Enjoy the game and try your best. Effort always takes over skill eventually, so tell yourself to run as hard as you can every game and you will outplay a lot of people. Practice touches on the ball when you can. There's some good youtube tutorials out there! For juggling, I recommend taking turns juggling it once each time with each foot and do it until you can consistently tap the ball into the air, but it just takes practice and a good mindset.

Me and my friends just started playing football this week. Your videos help and we'll do our best to never give up practicing and have fun! Edit: I'm on college so I'm usually busy w/ studies. I can only play soccer during the weekends, twice in every 2 weekends actually. I can definitely say I've improved a bit since the first time I've started. I used to suck at juggling the ball and can rarely get 2 times. Now I can juggle the ball at least 7 times. I know I'm still far away but I'm not giving up. Current high score at juggling the ball is 16.😉 Edit 2: I now have a good sense of control of the ball now. I can usually juggle up to 10 times or more now. My highest juggling record is now 30. I have improved a lot yes and I do believe that I am now open to any challenges related to juggling with the ball. To the people reading this and wants to improve juggling just don't give up. It took me 8 months til now of juggling and was able to reach the level where I can sense and control the ball easily now. It's good juggling helps a lot in terms of your ball control whenever you receive a lob pass. So keep going. Never give up even if it takes years.

lol its brags huh i was in my schools youth as the youngest player in there i was 9 back then the 2nd youngest was 13 and i could juggle for like 20 times at the age of 8 now im 13 i play allday everyday but now im injured and i can't play for 1 whole month or atleast thats what the doctor told me

Every time I juggle, i always mess it up, then I taught to my self, that this is realy impossible to do so I give up so easily. Then I realise that I CAN do and I shouldnt giving up that so easily. I’m in college right now and I’ve made a lot of Brazilian friends and I’m going to go to Rio next year. I’m going to be documenting my progress as I learn to juggle! Currently I suck. I’m using a deflated beach ball in my dorm room but it works. I typically get 2-4 juggles and my current record is somehow an amazing 6. I have realized my feet coordination sucks 😂. It’s all good tho, I will get good at this. I’ll keep practicing and update my progress EDIT: It is 2/21/2023 and I have been practicing a lot of soccer in the gym with my Brazilian friends. I have been playing a few games that involve juggling but transitioning from a beach ball to a soccer ball was hard. Consistently getting 3-4 juggles with a real ball.
I don’t know how to edit my comment but major progress today!!! I’m still using a deflated beach ball but now consistently hit 5 juggles and typically get 5-8 hits. I somehow managed to get 14! Seriously 14! I’m improving very fast so if your trying don’t give up.

First day of me trying to juggle. I practiced for three hours in a day . in my first day my highest was four. Second day was six . Third day ten . Then it was more easier. Then I got 30,42,50,100 . If I wanna help you in my way . I recommend don't let the ball go too far away. And just do whatever you can do to make the ball in the air
consistency is all that matters, you can practice however you want, I practiced juggling like a week ago and before I could do like 3 max, now my max is 20, which is a small increase but it's an increase at least.

I love juggling and I do it in the summer as a hobby. My all time record is 2631 alternating feet. It took about 28 minutes. Ni way you’ll believe me as nobody believes me apart from the guys who have seen me do it. However, there’s one thing I’ve never understood is that I can’t get rhythm going on my thighs. Probably because I didn’t practice enough as I always started on my feet. What do you reckon? Also what your best record?
I’m still working on it, I have been practicing for 7 days and my new record is 25 juggles or 24. Edit : As of now my newest record is 55 after 14 days of practice
Don't flick it up too far away from your body, if you have to reach your foot far out, it'll go away from you. Another thing you could do is make your foot point maybe 40 degrees upward, that way the trajectory is more toward you.
btw something that worked for me when i first started soccer/football, i liked to juggle with a balloon before i started practicing with a real ball. it helped me a bit

Don't flick it up too far away from your body, if you have to reach your foot far out, it'll go away from you. Another thing you could do is make your foot point maybe 40 degrees upward, that way the trajectory is more toward you.

btw something that worked for me when i first started soccer/football, i liked to juggle with a balloon before i started practicing with a real ball. it helped me a bit
ive been playing for 7 years (6years old-13years old) and i never rlly focused on juggling till now and my old record was 14 now ive got 19 on my first 30 min of training!

I only do 2 juggles but I have a combination that I did today that I juggled the ball with my knees and I bounce on one knee and bounce to the the other and with the other I hit it up and hit it with my head
