That’s exactly what I told my husband and I added, she should be made to watch BOTH, on the news so that SHE knows, that THE PUBLIC knows how big of a liar she is!!

Instead of calling 911, she called her Auntie, her Auntie called her mama, who called the police. (Obviously that's not what happened)
Why was mamma there? The only thing she did was remove items from the car.
How did she receive the cut? I can see the inside of the door. And it's open like someone opened it normally.

Why did you publish the full name and PHONE NUMBER of the witness???? That's incredibly irresponsible of you. She should hold you accountable in some way.
She is the only one that can do a privacy strike. Even then it’s all public information accessible to everyone. If you FOIA it, it is legitimately public information. If you FEEL that’s not fair while you’re in public in a public report im not sure what to tell you…. Is it maybe not nice to keep the info in from the FOIA from the departments own cameras? Depends on people’s feelings about it. Maybe blame the department they can and do edit and blur out stuff all the time.. all this channel did was FOIA request the body cameras and the departments/cities charge money to get them and a lot of times charge specifically for time reviewing them and editing out stuff like that.
Comes down to each individual’s FEELINGS. You have no right to privacy in ANY public space or filmed in public let alone on government funded cameras you can FOIA. On the department to do that honestly and redact any information if it’s a victim or someone who said they didn’t want their identify known

I will add though, that I've actually been aware of it for a very long time and my comment was referring to the unusual departure from most cop departments' protocols, I. e. - automatically redacting personal information.
FOIA was a great help during "Covid", too! It's helped to blow the 'game' wide open.

The police are absolutely supposed to redact that before releasing that. They almost always do. Clearly, they were in a rush. They could have at least covered the person's phone number. Now, they will probably have to change their number.

Even worse, I was rushing back to post in my 1981 GMC Jimmy with a 6 inch lift and 38 inch super swamper thornbirds at 75-80 mph when my driver's side rear tire and wheel came off. Somehow in that heavy truck having the rear drop that far and doing at least 10mph faster I didn't plow into a wall. And my hood was facing skyward bc how tall my truck was. Side note, I also had a rear tire blowout on my motorcycle at 60 mph and didn't dump that either. To happen in a little coup? Would've been nothing

The sheriff had the stones to not only call her and the so called pastor out, but also didn't ask for anything in return and continued to say he would have dialogue with all of them. And immediately uploading all footage from the JSO's office to the transparency site for all to see, is amazing. Crazy how we don't see her mom on scene right? And those roadside breathe tests not allowing medical. Shame 😂 crazy right?😢

Omg, the story that young lady gave accusing police of misconduct was right about very little. Even so far as saying that she herself applied the towel around her leg. She provided the towel and a bystander tied the towel. Her accusations were ridiculous and inaccurate.

His horrifically false accusations could have scrapped the lives of these police officers, even impacting their families or others officers.

This bodycam doesn't address the breathalyzer request or any of the ambulance accusations. I need to see that because from what I've seen they left that part out and her accusations were mostly about when they first initially spoke to her and how they acted in the ambulance. This video does not cover either of those parts. This body cam starts after someone was already to her and before she was put in the ambulance. It is clearly the middle of her entire interactions with all police jurisdictions. Come on people we have to start doing math. Start asking questions and using critical thinking skills. I need to see BC footage of the parts she was talking about not the other stuff they specifically chose to show. At worst, she was confused between who the Highway Patrol cops were with who the Jacksonville cops were. Adrenaline can do that to someone. That is exactly what I see. In her presser she said they walked up to her and started yelling. So she must be talking about whomever arrived first and that is not Jacksonville. Plus she said she got into an ambulance and they made her take a breathalyzer. Where's that footage? I'm not gonna call her a liar like some who just wanna call her a liar bc she's black. I think she is either confused or she's unsure but nobody has this tragic of an accident and sees everything clearly. I tell you what...if I had three different jurisdictions around me Highway Patrol, JSO and whomever else came, I'd probably be confused as to which cop works for which juris too-if I lost a lot of blood like her. I need to see more.
