He's just 26 years of age but you could browse through local money games of his from 7 or 8 years ago. Back in there there's no such thing as objective ranking unlike in the US or Taipei. There aren't a lot of tournaments, but the top pros and amateurs are well aware of the capability of each. Thus the reasonable handicaps during gambling matches

Raga played money game most of his time. If he focus on billiard tournaments play he will be a champion.
