before the library , on the tower on the right instead of going down to library , go straight to that tower it might has chance to spawn a medalion chest but there 4 kyrs guard protect it. super risky - easy to fall off to void but chest is chest ig
i wouldnt use it for pve anymore, the bug associated with it was fixed and is no longer the strongest pve enchant. i reccomend vamp for survivability or astral for extra damage.
I‘ve done floor 2 so many times and i never knew there was a chest on that cliff…
you never knew about that because exploration in deepwoken is punished

No but if you go fight ethiron hr will remove it so there isn't really a point of having one
