- James Morrow reacts to the viral “eating the cats” meme from the first presidential debate as the Sky News host explains why the trend gives Donald Trump an advantage.
The trend highlights a debate moment when Mr Trump claimed migrants in Springfield, Ohio are eating people’s pets.
“It's a shorthand that allows people to talk about and acknowledge the horrible consequences of the Biden-Harris administration's open border policies, which have seen innocent Americans murdered, raped, and brutalized by illegal immigrants across the country,” Mr Morrow said.
That reporter should have asked Harris if she thought maybe letting in 15 million immigrants might be contributing to the housing shortage.

I WITNESSED FIRSTHAND THE EVIDENCE OF MIGRANTS EATING CATS: As a New York City State investigator, I often investigated restaurants to see if they were in complience with city, state and federal laws. And I also investigated complaints about them. There were several times over the years where I conducted surprise raids on premises such as Chinese and Arab restaurants and was shocked to discover the skinned bodies of dead cats in the walk-in freezers in the kitchens of these premises.
When I mean skinned, I mean skinned. The fur, the coat of hair was completely shaven off the bodies. Even their tails and ears had been cut off. The outer layer of the skin had also been cut and peeled off. I am assuming this occurred after these cats had been murdered by the restaurant owners and/or their kitchen staff or 'chefs' or 'sous chefs' who do the prep work on food before it is actually cooked.
One 'chef' in a Chinese restaurant told me they routinely killed cats to eat because it was customary to do that in China and other Asian countries and they brought their 'culinary' customs here to America as they were not going to stop that and give up cat eating which they ave done for decades. I was told they wouldn't give up eating cats just because there were animal cruelty laws in the US.
What I learned was that the Chinese use their restaurants in the US to bring live cats and sometimes live dogs into. Once they have them in these places, it is at a time when these premises are closed so there are no witnesses. But once they bring them there, they then kill them either in the kitchen of the restaurants or in the basement if the premises have a basement.
The Chinese restaurant staff routinely eat dogs and cats as part of their diet and sometimes they will also sell the cat and dog meat to customers of theirs who may be from China, Korea, Thailand, Africa, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines who were used to eating dogs and cats as part of their diets in their respective nations.
There were times when I saw cats in Chinese restaurant kitchens, with collars tethered to a chain leash on their necks. The leashes were maybe four or five long at most and they were usually tied down to a door handle of a locked door.
I would free the cats and let them run out the rear exit door of these premises, much to the anger of the restaurant owners and their staff. But there was nothing they could do about that since I had jurisdiction over them. I would write them as many summonses as I could justify for violations of city health codes and liquor law regulation infractions, and fire dept, and building dept. code violations.
So when I see the clueless Kamala Harris cackle and laugh at Trump and stare at him with sarcasm and scorn, I ask myself, is this woman kidding the average US citizen or what? Or maybe it's just the democratic voters she has kidded and tricked into thinking she can be an effective president. How could an irresponsible woman who did a horrible job as vice-president suddenly wake up and do a good job as president?
If a reporter asked Kamala Harris that question, do you know what kind of an answer she would give that reporter? She wouldn't answer. She would simply skirt around with roundabout replies that have nothing to do with answering the question.
She would sidestep answering the question with her usual reflecting back on her childhood and her remembrance of her family and what her relatives did for a living and how her parents worked hard to raise her and her sister and then she would bounce back and forth between that and how Americans today are trying so hard to grasp at the American dream and by the time she has finished reciting her nonsensical spiel, the reporter will have forgotten what he or she originally asked Kamala Harris who will sit there and look self-assured that she just gave a highly intelligent answer.
Rather than truthfully answering a question, Harris redirects the conversation to subjects that have no bearing on the question that was asked of her. She thinks everyone is a fool who can be fooled.
