Invis makes you and your team untargetable She can effectively give your entire team so much extra dmg on top of consistent heals

Friendly reminder, black panther in specific parts of his dash is completely immune to the sleep status condition from either Luna or Mantis, this is not comparable to other characters who have similar immunity's magik and psylocke have timings, Black panther is just too fast I feel like sometimes there's a reason he's like banned alongside hella and Hawkeye all the time fuck that guy man (edit sorry for venting)
Add to my further statement Luna cannot solo panther, Even if you were to hypothetically hit the freeze, You're down yourself heal and if you got hit by the dash or the javelin you're within poke range of pretty much everyone else, maybe I'm like schizophrenic but I feel like he always has enough overhealth that you can't solo kill him, and I feel like killing tanks sometimes with 900 HP is more consistent than fighting black panther with 250 , Mantis is a bit better but you have to do everything so perfect where like it's pretty much the same you lose (edit pressing my win button means I should win right!?)
Beating a panther 2v1 as healers is the best feeling in the game, but you can never be too cocky with it cause you have to have everything going perfect for that to happen when he just has to hit spear on either of you to setup his madness lol
Rocket has great healing output. The issue is his lack of burst healing. To compensate mobility and utility are great. Also having one of only 2 rez abilities in the game makes him unique. I think he deserves B at least.
Agreed I main rocket and I rarely die because his mobility is so strong. The rez is so strong if you hide it as it gets your allies back into the fight instantly. My only issue with rocket is his healing as it’s not instant healing so you need to ensure you have a hard second healer.
If Hawkeye were to have his one shot potential removed then literally no one would play him. The real answer is to make the arrow hitbox smaller and either make his fire rate slower, make his passive arrow charge more slowly, or reduce the projectile speed on the arrow. Hit boxes in general are too big in this game and I think that exacerbates a lot of the problems people have with certain characters, especially hawkeye

Cloak and Dagger is/are extremely strong but more in a consistent way so to say, they are a jack of all trades but master of none. Luna and mantis just simply are better and their dmg alone even on the side and the fact they can cc you quite dangerously is a huge plus A good loki is absolutely gamechanging because if you happen to have a team thats just terrible at peeling you have so many options of getting away or playing mindgames and wasting a persons or peoples time, his stealth lasts infinitely so you can even pull sneaky shit like stealthing and then walking up to a squishy and then place a clone right behind them and you behind them and you can essentially 3 shot a person almost instantly since they copy your moves and your backstab does all that dmg and you can animation cancel leftclick into backstab. His shift can also change entire fights alone, if you place it next to clones and your team the dmg absorbtion and heal is like a mantis or luna ult so you can save your teams life with a NON ultimate ability which is incredibly powerful. And lets not forget his ult that is straight up one of the best ults in the game if not the best because you can copy ANYONE and use all their abilities AND ult. While cloak and dagger is incredibly tank in their ult, Loki can teamwipe you with his. And I don't even main healer but learned all of his kit just because I needed to grasp how crazy he actually is in the right hands. His illusions are also very tanky and its often not even worth it to destroy them but thats at the same time also very dangerous not to do so you can make people waste their time for nothing or really buy time and resources with a simple gimmik.
Rocket main here, mostly low elo at the moment (I just started playing ranked like 2 days ago) and quickplay but saying that he has a low heal output is lowkey wrong, I've been able to consistently be the main healer for my team and have the most healing output or be just slightly below. Even being a solo healer and being able to keep up semi-alright with a 2 tank, 3 dps combo as long as the team stayed kinda close together Punisher or winter soldier combo with him is crazy good, and his dps being hard to pull off I will agree with though lmao He also an insane amount of mobility and dodging/disengaging from fights with his jetpack and his wall run, if you're smart enough with him you can just literally not die with how fast and easy you can get away which I feel like is something that maybe isn't taken into account Maybe that's like low elo and the quickplay and that'll change as I get higher but just what I've noticed atm, nice tier list!
Your first sentence is why your argument is rather shallow. Like overwatch, how the game is played and the accuracy of players is very different the higher you go. People don't cluster as much, resources are used more sparingly and cc leads to death kore times then not. Rocket is certainly more mobile then other supports but his healing leaves a lot to be desired when luna can full heal 2 characters simultaneously that are miles away from eachother then just damage boost the whole team or make them invincible. Rockets direct competition will be other healers and he leaves a lot to be desired in comparison to them
Yeah it sorta is, hence why I was trying to preface that it is from low elo/quickplay gameplay, I figured as much that it becomes a lot harder and that higher up rocket probably isn't as good as someone like Luna, my first point was to help say that he can dump out a lot of healing even solo, not that people being close together is the only way he can heal. He can really easily reach friendly dive characters and flying characters even if they're across the map I wasn't trying to say that rocket is the best healer at all if that's how it came off, I'm just saying that (I personally think) he can keep up alright at least

Hela and psylocke are a must to know, but they will almost be perma banned in every game Dia+. After those, i'd say any A tier DPS are good to know. Starlord is also quite strong
I think one thing you underevaluated about cloak and dagger is her aoe zeniatta discord orb that's also a soft cc. The dmg amp window can be really devastating and with good communication you can offer your team very good push windows every 10 seconds. Especially on payload maps where its really common to get both tanks and supports in a single discord use
it sucks how chatacters like hela are low risk high reward when , by the other hand spiderman takes a shit ton of skill and is high risk , low reward , you have to dive into everyone with only 250hp and u dont deal enough damage

Luna is technically good... Fast movement, solid damage/healing, sweeping capability and a damn good ult right? Well, she also got slow RoF and bad aim, which makes the ult difficult to get, and getting closer to help accuracy is bad, as she is quite fragile. I rate Cloak and Dagger higher as strategists.
You are not in high elo my friend, top 50 is high elo in this game, I’m in diamond 1 and they play like mid plat players in overwatch, top 500 is one rank above me, it’s literally like high plat in overwatch, how ever the good players from ow is in top 10, that’s high elo
It is kinda true. But then you literally have another BP or Psy. The way you would have to engage w IF is by sneaking instead or some crazy wallclimbs explot nobody expects. Appart from this you will have to sacrifice his engage or dissengage, and that makes him weaker then the other 2 better divers I mentioned.
Iron fist is a pub stomper. On low Elo players don’t coordinate and thus his ideal scenario of 1v1ing a helpless support or dps back liner happens a lot. But in comp where players coordinate way more it’s impossible for him to do anything. He can’t out damage healing and can’t one shot supports before their teammates can engage him
I disagree about Hawkeye's one shot potential being nerfed, you have to factor in that its a lot harder to hit your shots on a headshot with him and you sometimes need to take your time

Low elo, people kill slower, allowing rockets healing to work in ways it doesn't when people hit their shots more consistently
Storm needs a buff to her primary attack, either make it faster or hit harder, but her ult is great
