yes , he said you have t pay all the bills like water etc. but gas is included ........try understand

It is not like IELTS' real exams; I think that IELTS' real listening exams are harder in terms of accent and speed of speech.

I don't think so, I have done one before & the real exam even seems more simpler both in accent (the recording was very clear) & speed of speech. So it's exactly like the real exam infact some are harder than the real exam expect it depends on the country.
