So, I have to say. This process worked but only after I got:
A) Samsung USB Drivers.
B) Replaced the firmware that came with my g532m with another stock one
After doing those two things (and nearly bricking my phone in the process) I was able to follow these steps to success. Good luck and thanks!
Ok so when I press start, it starts and doesnt send my phone into the phase where u have to slide the sliding bar if that makes sense, it just reboots.

Why doesnt it work for me? I have a few questions to ask. Please answer This.
I followed all your instructions and did what you do. Everything was perfectly going well until when i was in the part where it says you need to go into "Advance",and go to "ADB Slideload", and etc... Now my First Question is:
1. in the part that it says "Wait for the Phone to connect properly and then press any Key" How would you know that it's ready? will it give you a sign or something that will let you know that it is ready? Because I waited over 20 mins. waiting for it to be ready.
2. When i Press a random Key, it said, "Done, Reboot the system and etc.", But after i rebooted the system i check if there was a super su app. and so after i checked, there was none. it wass not installed.. what should i Do. Please answer my message :)

This worked!
Those of you who can't find the .tar file you have to 1. extract the zip file 2. extract "EASY-G532-TWRP+ROOT-NEW" on the same folder (I used 7zip) 3. extract "twrp" on same folder (again used 7zip)
there is no .tar file there

im , sorry but I cant find where the twrp is located. when i opened the app in my laptop, the zip file or tar or the file that will be flashed on the device did not appear, so the I always get stuck when odin appears

Format la pc haces todos los pasos y al momento de act sideload y pulsar la tecla para ínstalas el si no me lo detecta me da fail...en q le estoy errando
i did it. its done well. but i do not use the internal odin. port undetected. so i use my odin, load the twrp.tar manually, start, done, back to this app and then press any key, and continue the next instruction. great tutorial anyway. thank you.

Disculpa tengo un problema, cuando pongo intento flashear alguna ROM, o cualquier cosa, aparece el mensaje de "couldn´t mount data.

where did u get the twrp file? there's no link to it, only the odin and the drivers?
FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT FIND .TAR FILE, DO THE FOLLOWING
1) Extract "EASY-G532-TWRP+ROOT-NEW" using 7-Zip/WinRar etc.
2) Extract "twrp" application in that folder. .tar file should be there.
3) Continue to follow the video.
Tested and working on G532G/DS Globe Telecom Locked version

Help the intallation was not done 100% i dont have the supersu and i cant factory reset my phone

i followed the process and I have done rebooting the system, but after the reboot it reboots again after everytime i unlock my phone. It looks like a bootlop but it's not. Can you help me? Thanks
