    What might help at least a little......is if Tucson landlords and property owners stopped be being lowlifes and scumbags

      Between people that are providing housing to paying renters, and psycho drug addicts that block up parks and roadways, I think it's obvious which groups are scumbags.

    Bless their years of helping people. You have to want to have a better life, and they have so many community resources to help get there.

    The shelters in Tucson have 60 plus beds open but require you to be sober. Most don’t want to be sober
