When I remove background from an objekt I cant change color ie make it black or white. What an I missing out?

Thanks Seb. I have a question. When we are removing the background of an image, a box appears "apply". What does it mean "apply"?
Apply means save. It will save the image with the removed background.
I have a question if you don't mind, can I make the PDF file fillable with canva?
