Two Things: How can I give Cullen that Lion Helmet he's using on the trailer? and This trailer seems to be evidence that BioWare canon considers the mages recruited.
Someone on facebook marketplace was selling a few games, including this one. When I decided I wanted it, I asked about it. It was already sold. So sad, this game looks epic! Coming from a huge Skyrim fan.
So that's the Master Prowler Armor for Rogue Class that the Inquisitor Male in the cinamatic trailer is wearing. It appears to look different and having the Inquisition colors in the trailer than in the actual game too bad we can't get it like that however unfortunately at least we can still get it.
+Rajuan Dacio Actually, we never saw it again. Maybe you should actually /believe/ that things are cut from the game instead of thinking that it's all EA's fault.
+Berserk Llama Yeah, kinda sad... But the story as WHY they cut it out is a funny one. Apparently (due to a bug), Cullens mouth would constantly stay open under the helmet, like he was screaming and they didn't knew how to fix it ^^
Im a little late watching, but I really love this game, there is so much to do, and its the first dragon age game where I really felt like my actions had consequences. gsimon123 if you were smart you would know that long hair is very inconvenient for fighting, Imagine swinging a big sword and your hair just whips into your face, what's worse is that people can pull on it too or it tangles in to things, so your hair would be crazy messy anyway, have some logic
You say that as though there were a plethora of voice choices. There were TWO for each gender-- forgive me if I can't apply the term "best" to something that has beaten out just one other mediocre-at-best competitor-- and all four of them had several cringe-worthy points of dialogue. I can give the VAs the benefit of the doubt: my bets are on them not being given enough context to accurately depict the emotions they should have portrayed, but it absolutely killed the mood of my playthrough when "confused" options sounded angry, "pleased" sounded arrogant, "mad" sounded more like it should've been called frothing-at-the-mouth-enraged-and-taking-it-out-on-the-innocent, "sad" sounded bored, et cetera.
+Caley McBride For example (the british voice actress) at the beginning of the game when Divine Justinia is being killed by Coripheus, suddenly she barges in and says "What's going on here?" with a most casual tone. That cracked me up!
Alekka Cosmos Ugh, I think that line had ZERO direction; even across all of the VAs it sounds so relaxed, like the character walked into a small party they didn't realise was being thrown instead of the Divine of the Andrastian Chantry being sacrificed in an unclear ritual by a bizarre blighted monster man. No big deal, I guess. It's funny from an outside perspective, but if you tend to get really into the roleplaying aspects of games (like I do), it's jarring to come back to reality when you hear so many lines that are so out of place.
Berserk Llama Dunno which game you got, but the DAI that I suffered through had "male" player characters voiced by either Harry Hadden-Paton or Jon Curry, and "female" ones voiced by Alix Wilton Regan or Sumalee Montano. There were no other options in the vanilla game.
archers can never get justice in dragon age games first u give us a bow with no string and now u give us a bow with a string but no quiver so we look like mages with the power to pull arrows out of air f@#"k this game i rather have bow with no string than one with no quiver.they just can't let us archer players have a great game can't they
howling-starx I think you're the only one who has this problem, heck, there's a scene in the game where they actually make fun of the fact that a certain character had a bow that looked similar to a mage's staff, it's a fantasy game, calm down
Eldon Whisler how the hell do you have hundreds of hours on DA2?? I alwayd beat the game within 22-26 hours of gameplay, doing all side quests and dlc missions, and I only max out on lv 24
Tony Simmons And I spend almost 75 hrs per character; first session took 120, but was my first game recovering from illness, and used it as therapy. But then, I play for the story, characters, dialogue, etc; not rushing from combat to the next.
tim yeung Considering one spends almost a decade in the same location, it might break immersion to have too many changes. But thanks for the original insight; perhaps caves are not the only thing to be recycled....
How can you call this good? All you have seen is either cutscenes or scripted events that are not that important in RPG game. What is important is free world exploring and overall game feel and we haven't saw that yet.
I really tried to enjoy inquisition for what it was but could never really get invested in it. The combat mechanics felt weird, the characters weren't as gripping and the plot just genuinely didn't enthrall me. I think most of this distaste is due to playing the masterpiece that was Origins, I could never accept that in Hushed Whispers my Warden left Leliana to be tortured for months, nor that he jusy left Fereldan to fall to Corypheus

There were no other options in the vanilla game.
archers can never get justice in dragon age games first u give us a bow with no string and now u give us a bow with a string but no quiver so we look like mages with the power to pull arrows out of air f@#"k this game i rather have bow with no string than one with no quiver.they just can't let us archer players have a great game can't they
howling-starx I think you're the only one who has this problem, heck, there's a scene in the game where they actually make fun of the fact that a certain character had a bow that looked similar to a mage's staff, it's a fantasy game, calm down
After Witcher 3 trailer this looks rather weak..even so after the terrible Dragon Age 2.
TW3 also looks great, but I have hundreds of hrs in DA2 that differs from this opinion.
Eldon Whisler how the hell do you have hundreds of hours on DA2?? I alwayd beat the game within 22-26 hours of gameplay, doing all side quests and dlc missions, and I only max out on lv 24
Eldon Whisler Then you must have spent hundreds of hours exploring the same dungeon over and over again lol.
All you have seen is either cutscenes or scripted events
that are not that important in RPG game.
What is important is free world exploring and overall
game feel and we haven't saw that yet.
lol
They actually have shown stuff like that. Look up the demo from PAX where they feature exploration, combat, conversation, and consequence for choices.
Yeah they demo'd it. Looks pretty legit I think that's what has everyone so excited :)
Looks good but Witcher 3 looks sooooooooooooooo much better
looks nice...but it wouldn't surprised me if the game is a complete and utter mess overall :P But what can you expect from Bioware these days :(
I really tried to enjoy inquisition for what it was but could never really get invested in it.
Origin sucks dai sold MORE
worst game ever played it for 20 hours and it was so boring I had to go back and play DAO
kaeldeathand go back to cod you child
thanks but I like real games lol but you do you
Jerald Spencer this escalated quickly
The Witcher > Dragon Age
WOLOLOLOLOLOLO
Both are great and who cares tho we are going to enjoy them
