This video demonstrates how to Configure an Salesforce Site.
To Configure a Salesforce Site, Login to your organization as System Administrator.
Go to Setup, Search for the “Digital Experiences”.
Then click on the “Settings”, under “Digital Experiences”.
Check “Enable Digital Experience” checkbox.
Enter your preferred Domain name for the Salesforce Site.
Check if the domain name is available or not, then click on the “Save” button.
Click “OK” on the confirmation Dialog.
If there is a dialog box, asking to open a page in the new tab, then click on the “Open” button to go to “All Sites” page.
If not, click on the “All Sites”, under “Digital Experiences”.
Click on the “New” button to create a “Salesforce Site”.
Click on the “Build Your Own” tile Template.
Click on the “Getting Started” button.
Enter name & url for Salesforce Site.
Click on the “Create” button.
Click on the “Builder” tile.
Click on the “Gear” icon, From the “General” tab, Check “Public can access the site” option.
To allow community guest users to respond, Click on the Guest User Profile.
Click on the “View Users” button.
Click on the Site Guest user name.
Click on the “Permission Set Assignments” link, then click on the “Edit Assignments” button.
From “Available Permission Sets”, select “Ardira Survey Responder - Guest User” permission set, and click on the "Add" button to move it to - “Enabled Permission Sets” area.
Click on the “Save” button.
Close the “Guest User Profile” tab.
From “Builder”, Click on the “Publish” button on the top right corner.
On the Confirmation dialog, click on the “Publish” button, then click on the “Got It” button.
Click on the Window icon on the top left corner, and then click on the “Administration” menu.
Click on the "Members” tab, then from the “Available Permission Sets”, select “Ardira Survey Admin” and click on the Add button to move it to the - - “Enabled Permission Sets” area.
Click on the “Save” button at the bottom.
Click on the “Settings” tab, then click on the “Activate” button. Click “OK” on the confirmation dialog.
Go to Setup, search for the “General Settings”, and click on it.
Click on the “Edit” button.
Click on “Allow site guest users to upload files” checkbox.
Then click on the “Save” button.
Now, your Salesforce site is ready and would be available in Survey’s Settings tab.
Remember to assign a Salesforce community to a survey and configure unauthenticated access settings tab.
