I enrolled into La Salle Primary, in September of 1959, Brother Henry Pang was our Head-Master. We began schooling in the La Salle College building until 1960 when a new wing was added to the Primary School to accommodate 6 classes in each grade. Our Lady grotto was located at the north west corner of the Football field ... this grotto was a replica of Our Lady of Lourdes, except Our Lady Statue was an "all white" figure. In June 1966, a Wednesday, the wall on the southern section collapsed onto Boundary Street, during the noon hour, one of our boy of the La Salle College was buried and killed under the debris. On Friday, a football game scheduled between the Primary School Teaching staffs and College Teaching staffs was cancelled. I happened to be around and I entered into the Primary School on this Friday and paid a visit to Our Lady by saying a few "Hail Mary". As a reward, Our Lady granted me an Apparition and gave me 3 Secrets. In the same weekend, I was chosen to be the Model Altar Boy representing Saint Therese Church Dioceses and on November 13, 1966, received a gift from the living Saint wearing the Stigmata of the Blessed Lord, Father Padre Pio. The Saint came to Macao to authenticate the "Third Secret, Our Lady of Fatima" with Bishop Paulo Tavares, the 1960 Portuguese Translator for Pope John XXIII in February 1960. Sadly, Pope John did not release the Secret then ... Amen. La Salle Primary has been and continue to be a "Holy" site where the Blessed Virgin Mary is Presence. She has always been looking after the boys in Hong Kong. Wherever possible, say the "Lord's Prayer" and a "Hail Mary" to offer up your praise to the Queen of Heaven and King of kings ... Amen.
