The estate was phase 5 development around '16-'18 and previously a large field. The Pickering unit is different than originally proposed with 7 small light industrial units and a large unit proposed on the south corner. Likely lack of letting interest and hardstand needs influenced the modification which benefits Pickering's needs. Other plots modified from the brochure and space available on the north corner for another large unit. Behind Pickering unit and north border was designated environmental reserve space by the developer.

There is no information a civilian can gather from seeing a number plate. (after criticism) I'm always confused by their concerns. Yes you can obtain information if you pay the DVLA but you must have a valid reason. Say, an accident or, road rage. And yet even in those cases you'd call the Police!

When I unlock the gate at work too loading bay..I now call a open padlock a DJ so I leave the padlock locked too the gate handle when the gate is open so not too be replaced..So now a open padlock is called a DJ ✌
I'd like to draw your attention to the difference between to and too. All three too you've used should be to because to is a preposition that means a direction or position, i.e. the one you should've used here. Too is an adverb (a word that modifies a verb) that means also, excessively (as in you have too many mistakes in your typing) or as well.
