i come back to this once a month, cause it was the best night of my life
My soul exited my fucking body at this show
the only better set was the next year in 2019 LMAOOOOOOO
I have yet to see them live, can you tell me what made this night so amazing for you. in detail please, thank you :D
@@skaught21 tippers music is unlike any other artist in the bass music scene. He’s not there to make you head bang or blow your ears out (which I like, but) his music is truly something *otherworldly*. The way he makes sounds resonate in your head and the way he makes it all seem so connected, not just crappy fades or cuts but his mixing as a whole is second to none. Also when he’s on stage, it’s not about him, he’ll never grab the mic and say “put your hands up” or “how ya feelin tonight” he also isn’t one of the people that is pretending to spin a bunch of dials while just clicking play on an mp3 - 90% of his sets are unreleased music and he scratches over his songs with some of the best scratching you’ll ever hear, he just gets up and plays beautiful music and gets off, like a figure in the night. Specifically during the 2019 Bisco set he did, there was a moment where almost all the music seemed to stop other than some ambience and a percussive beat, the visualizer slowly melted into the form of a geisha, later referred to as ‘the Buddha of Bisco’ by those who were there, and in that moment, it felt like the entire crowd was one. There was something divine that happened in that moment and it was and is indescribable. Tipper is the only artist I know that can make a crowd feel that way. And it was the talk of the weekend after. Every conversation for the rest of the festival was just “ya, but did you see that tipper set last night”. Hope that gave you something you were looking for and I hope it was coherent :)
@@SlopsMcChops oh brother, you explained that beautifully!!! Thank you so much!!!
Reliving this almost 5 years later still brings me right back. Thank you

Excellent work, thank you for this and many of your other posts. Your channel will blow up, keep up the good work.
seeing tipper for the first time NYE... so excited to finally see what all the hype is about!
You can't tell what the hype is about by listening to this?
Research who he is as a person. What careers he's had / has. Will give you a insight into Dave and an appreciation of his work
Ever laugh, cry, and get goosbumps all simultaneously?
23:31 never heard this one before wow
THIS WAS AMAZING
ALSO 10/10 TREE TOTEM
**goes to bisco** **misses tipper**
i mean like WHATTTTTTTTT. Best set by far this year
Anthony Conforti sounds like ur camp sucked
First rule of festival attendance... It's a marathon not a Sprint.. rule #2.. never fucking miss Dave... Ever...
I personally can't miss the following sets at Camp Bisco:
Tipper
All of the Biscuits sets.
Even if, somehow, The Biscuits booked my absolute favorite DJ, and he was playing during any one of these, I would miss him in order to see them. I'd be sad, but it's Biscuits and Tipper over everything at Camp Bisco.
This was such a good first tipper set also fuck bisco security for kicking me out of tipper for dancing in the isle when it was packed
They didn't give a fuck if you were a hot girl, it was entirely arbitrary and pointless. Were people standing on the seats for this too, or was that just for nectar?
good god
You're so pretty! Have a good day! 💙
thank you so much
21:55 is nasty tho
24:33, "aw it smells like black top dude"
Deemsters smell hahah
Brian would deems actually be good in a crowd like this?
@@TrapLordBreadWinner oh ya

Crankenstein
anyone else prefer tipper with no lasers? feel like it kinda takes away from the visuals
Nick Johnson it’s bisco, tipper always shows out the the amazing laser setup they have
I like both
What’s the track at like 10:30-??
Bilirubin
Friend “I’m like a small child right now”
Me: not on c-137
Is your friend a Morty?
Anyone know the song at 17:30?
Toby Armstrong I might be wrong, but I think its unreleased.
Unreleased but goddamn is it fire
And this is why tipper's a savage... all his unreleased tracks are top of the line
hopefully we’ll see it on the new album that got announced
@@rawrizord The new album is down tempo mate

24:41 "Dude, is he not remixing something old....I...like recognise this beat...sounds familiar."
You've never heard this before.........dude.
Idk I get exactly what he's saying. Like 25:19 sounds like I've heard it before.
This was the first time and the only time he ever played this track.
WEISEFELD passionfruit - smilin ed .... don't be so quick to think you know the right answer..
The 'da da da da da doo' is something I SWEAR i've heard before. Feels like an 'oldies' song. But i can't place my finger on it.
@@sfuhrer12 holy shittt dude, you're not going to believe this.
Long story short, I'm sitting here trying to get inspiration for Tipper track names for a hockey jersey nameplate, so I'm Googling set lists and think, obviously go to my first and favorite set of all time.
I see the comment above, chuckle, click the timestamp and it's ME saying that to the dude in the back row the first time I got Tipp'd!! That exact memory of it started to flooding back where it was bugging me so badly that I knew that song and when I finally let it go, that's when I got sucked deeper into a set than I ever had before or even since. My world rocked, the best night of my life.
Absolutely insane I just found this video and a comment talking about me talking (sorry, I was young and naive then. Especially under a mic, I remember seeing that, too thinking ah damn, I'm gonna be on some guys recording somewhere).
Even crazier that you knew the EXACT song I was referring to! 💯 Smilin Ed - I knew I heard it! Anyway, not that short of a story, but damn my mind just got blown and I was instantly right back under that tent like it was 2018. Thanks for that dude
