Thank you for this. I kept looking through honda-tech forums finding a good source for quicker steering for my ek as well. I knew the option of the steering rack from an integra but didn't want to go through the headache of trying to purchase a whole rack and installing it. This really simplifies everything! Thanks Cory!
@@FFdextrous only if you’re looking for a special model. Lots of integra 4 doors that are base model that can still be found, but it’s definitely getting harder.
@@coryinmotion I will. Will be checking out your channel for more. Working on my civic project. I knew there was something to be done about this issue. It a part now, so luckily no fiddling around.
Do you happen to know the difference in diameter in the pinion gears between the two? I'm thinking about engineering a similar solution for another car but thinking about the logistics of changing diameters of the pinion is an important aspect. Thanks!
Be sure to check out the related article I wrote that's posted on my NEW website! coryinmotion.com/2022/quick-ratio-steering-and-hondas

No problem man! It’s tricky so just be patient with it and don’t force anything together and you’re good 👌
One thing I do want to ask. Will it be difficult for me to find an integra out in SoCal? Haven’t been to a pick a part in a while

Thanks for showing how all this is done.
No problem! Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for watching!

@@a_monkie I believe pinion diameters in this setup are the same, the primary difference is that the integra pinion has one more tooth.
Hello, just a question. Do db8 integra also have this 9 teeths pinion?
