A good detail about pike: Its skills have no levels. It is already "maxed out" as soon as you unlock it, without having to spend any skill points on it. The only thing is that for unlocking the good ult you have to do an extra challenges page. But I think it is definitely worth it. Also, a tip about playing pike: If you go to the game settings and activate auto lock on on hero, it is like having aimbot, but legally. The effect is brutal with the pike. The only downside is that if you face many heroes at the same time, it is difficult to aim to only one in particular.
i play heavy armour just cuz i want to play with my troops and not die and lose the troop while it is retreating. it is too painful to just arrive in a fight with your troops just to get cced and die and your troop just sits there dying, as no abilities no value.
@waughy9103 i play every heavy weapon except shortsword. Maul seems to be best for my playstyle, but sometimes i need to pick longsword(modao)/glaive(shenji).
Maybe because of my bias, I play both Glaive and Halbert, but I like the feeling of Glaive more. Glaive dmg buff is really good in Seige, it is faster than Halbert, with correct rune you can get a lot of value out of it.

This season I mainly use Dual Dagger and Poleaxe cause of spear and shield and their OP block, I use my ultimate skill which locks into the hero and let my ally or unit kill them.
On scimitar u can do combo, ult + Q + 2 normal chain dart attacks (which reset Q) + E stun and damage AND on the end Q which kills spartans on combo or leaves them on max 15% hp which with that class is easy to just poke out to kill, everygame with chaindart played carefully, typically hunting for mistakes u will get a lot of kills ;D

I'm genuinely unsure if this is supposed to be a DM tier list. It's like you forget that there's units in the game. The point of heavy armor is to get more value out of you units, not to 1v1 heroes. If they could do that, nobody would play anything else. I don't know what your research for these lists looks like, but it seems a bit biased and filled with outlandish takes, to the point where you've genuinely become a meme in some CB circles. My suggestion would be to try reaching out to people that main the respective classes and get a feel from them on how strong the class is right now, because if you wanna understand how strong a class is at the time you need to understand the playstyle, and as a single person it's just impossible to be good at every weapon. I really appreciate you doing this and taking time out of your day to make a video, but please man, do more research. Just for the new peoples sake.

@@DuckyNobu Just the people I talk to that actively play the game. And no they do have a clue about what they're doing and because of that they play to the strength of their weapon. For me this tierlist just screamed: these are the weapons I play or inconvenience me the most while playing against them. I agree that some people use Heavy Armor as a crutch, but that doesn't automatically mean that people are trolling if they say it's good. Every weapon has a place in the game and an optimal playstyle. Lets take Maul as an example: You judged it on how well it handles the S-, and A-Tier classes, but it's not supposed to do that, it's supposed to handle the unit. Nothing in the game is as good as maul at breaking block and dps-ing enemy units, but if you judge it on its ability to 1v1 classes, then ofc, it's not gonna be good. This tierlist is just very tailored to your playstyle, which is skirmishing. But if you're gonna judge every weapon by that playstyle it's not an objective tierlist.

Who brings more value who don't. Heavy armor classes are the best newbie classes because easy to play good value sure. But there is no way in hell your grp of friends being high level say "heavy armor" best classes when skilled players playng chain dart/nodachi/poleaxe all are bullyng evry single one of you.In asia server heavy armor don't even exist usually. They spam spear/pike/dual blades for good reason. NA/EU are not so great players and we must admit this. I tried all classes i get more value with medium armor classes then heavy armor classes. A good nodachi piss on all the heavy armor players. It's not bias it's just pure logic. In T5 your MAUL can't even get close to enemy units as T5 units 1 shot heroes and if there is any assasin around you don't exist. MAUL has fallen.10 sec cd skills vs a dual blade with 4 sec cd skill poke,slow,dmg and poison is definetly better. Heavy armor classes are easy to play doesn't mean they the best or strong.

If you wanna go for hero 1v1 DB and Scim mop the floor with everybody. A nodachi may piss on heavy armor in 1v1,but what happens if both have a unit, a SS knocks down your unit and the unit gets wiped? Does Nodachi still piss on SS with 2/3rds of a unit? Don't think so. Imo the reason you've had more success with medium armor is because it fits your playstyle more, and that's how it should be. Medium is probably better if you play solo, but if you play as a group of 5 or 15 in TW heavy armor is way better, because the value you provide in CC is applicable to more units than just your own. The reason I think this Tierlist is a bit nonsense is because it doesn't specify what it is for; We have TW, Solo Sieges, Group Sieges, DM. And for every mode the Tiers differ. Not even taking into account the skilllevel of the lobby: Grab Maul is absolutely S-tier if people position poorly and you can grab someone reliably and wipe the unit. But if they don't fuck up you're maybe B at best. Just provide more context, such as what is your playstyle, what level are you, do you play solo or in a group, is it for TW etc. And seriously again: ask people who main the class. If a maul engages a high dmg unit and insta die, just because they didn't let their own unit tank for the initial impact, they absolutely suck, and probably shouldn't be taken into account for stuff like this. i have to disagree on pike it has fallen a bit down with all the cc immunity and strong cc skills both from hero and units, the utility has gone down significantly as its class with neither cc immunity or cc recovery ( the good cc recovery is in your third stage of wandering dragon) bad epic set etc so i would suggest a top or mid B for the class. i understand its your tier list i just thought i would raise my opinion
Switching weapon is easy in this game. I would reccomend run mutliple set actually, at least 2. 1 Set for Death Match and during begginning of new season when they lock T5 units, they capped leadership at 700, and 1 Set for maximum leadership/rank/TW.
Heavy armour is good if it wasn't why dose so my high skilled players play it stop spreading misinformation in this game if some says it's good they are not trolling they have played enough to know its good

for instance I play full strength heavy it works a lot better than most medium armours in the game and I'm not trolling I perform better than a lot of medium armours as well and so does most people that play heavy in my house and most of them play with armour and toughness

That's why I play longsword. I love the support capabilities and being able to tank for and fight along side my unit

How can you use E stun on them when they can block it after your Q. This can work against only noob spartans.

It feels good to go strenght/agility half and half. Tons of dmg. But in T5 being tankier it's probably best.

Kind of sad since starting this game a few days ago I only played longbow and it's on D tier. Time to switch XD
