Look I'll be honest: I don't trust Kylie skincare or makeup, and I'm not willing to pay more than drugstore prices to try stuff I don't trust. BUT everything she did looks great on you, and you get put through so much, it's amazing to see you getting treated well and like the star you are! Also the makeup artist was brilliant and her application of products looked incredible. This booth seemed really awesome and professional!
I watched the aesthetician Caroline Hirons go through the first Kylie Skin products and she said they were fine for their target market which is teens and very early twenties. After that you need better quality for anti-ageing etc.. She also didn't like that the serum was only 20ml when the market standard is 30ml as it would mean people wouldn't use as much as needed (I have no idea if they ever changed that). So I don't know about further products but that was her honest view on the first release and she paid for the products herself. I think it is a bit overpriced as well considering the market, but clearly it sells.

She's also not one of those who has spent thousands on surgery etc.. she's very real. I have trust issues with celeb brands because I know they go to dermatologists and surgeons and don't use their own products!

Same when her lipsticks first launched I tried to buy them and the package was declined when it arrived at the airport in Germany (I live there) and the reason was „the ingredients that were in the lipsticks weren’t allowed to be in a cosmetic product (in Germany we have guidelines what ingredients can be used in cosmetic, food etc, bc it could be harmful ! also a reasoned why most food/candy and stuff from America is not allowed in Germany ,there is stuff in there that’s REALLY unhealthy !!)

I like how gentle the lady was, no scrubbing or caking layers of product on! My gran always used to tell me "a little bit makes a lady, too much makes a tart" which was apparently for makeup and perfume!! Lol Not a fan of Kylie at the minute with all the bullying going on and I've heard really bad things about the makeup brand, so its nice to see the products being used properly!!! 💖
You know what made me feel so much better--how gently and attentively and hygienically, the MUA was treating her skin and didn't make her look like a clown either. You looked so beautiful. You're always beautiful despite some of the horrendous treatment you've endured.

The MUA's seem to be Filipino (Also from the accent. I'm Filipino myself). Lots of Filipinos work in Dubai and they're know to have exceptional customer service, very warm and friendly. Even here in th Philippines, they always put a smile to my face. 😊

sticky vit C serum doesn't mean it's spoiled. it depends on formula. discoloration is also normal to an extent. change of smell AND color means it's gone bad.

She did good! However lol......Kylie's products are way over priced! When the MUA was saying the eyeshadow was really pigmented and she put it on, I was thinking.... where's the pigment? All Kylie did was quickly slapped together products, put her name on it and jacked up the price! All ur paying for is her name! That's it! There's so many other products that are sooooo much better than hers and don't cost u an arm and a leg. She wouldn't be known if it wasn't for the show so.... Can anyone tell I don't like Kylie 😅 I think shes a snob and far from ever being a humble person 😅
Also, prepping the skin for makeup is different to how you would do normal skincare for the day. E.g. oily people may not need a moisturiser but just a good serum to prep the skin after you've lightly cleansed the skin. You also don't need toner and so forth. But you can and it's a good hydration step. All skin types are prepped differently. Robert Welsh has a great video on how to prep skin for makeup Also, sometimes, after youve prepped the skin, you might want to take a tissue - after a few mins - and blot away any excess so there's no moisture spots that makeup may cling to or get patchy from.
