Someone in Germany could invite Jitka Zelenková his vocal singer. She did an interview in 2019. She was talking about how Karel Gott and other guys hired her and other ladies to sing vocals.
She said when Karel Gott came from Las Vegas for 6 months contract, they learned about how the singers are supposed to move on stage as the singers in America do.
She remembers a lot of stuff. She has a very good memory. She said Karel didn't like conflicts. He avoided them as much as possible. He was like let someone else solve or deal with it.
Well, it's clear from his videos that he is very gentle with people, talks nicely, etc. She talked about concerts etc.

Czech singer Jitka Zelenková who did vocal singing, and dancing said in a new Czech interview a funny story.
She used to say with Karel Gott and also Ladislav Steidl Sie instead of Du for decades, in the Czech language.
She said it was such a sweet societal game.
When he told her Jitka "Sie" can buy some different dress, to wear different dresses, It will be financed. She said something.
He said well but Diana Ross used to have dress in each color in the dressing room.
So she went and bought a blue dress. She said she used to buy also a lot of LP records, in two full bags. She very much liked Jimmy Hendrix and black artists and she borrowed it to her colleagues in Czechia because it wasn't available.
After decades when she was celebrating her 50 birthday in 2000, she asked Karel Können wir duzen sich, endlich? What do you think?
Karel said Jitush Well we could. So fine.
But it was hard for both to do it because they used to call each other for so many years Sie and not Du.
It's funny after so many years and many concerts. Czech humor is not prepared it's spontaneous.
The host asked Did you see Karel Gott drunk?
She said one time the saxophonist Trompeter Felix Slovaček invited them to his house and offered some homemade Moravian wine, they also were drinking white and red wine according to the choice. Later they had Champagne. There was also a German producer. She just was discussing who will sing vocals in Berlin.
Then when they wanted to go home Karel was drunk lying on the floor. She said he was so adorable wawing his hands and legs in the air in a cute way and saying I am not going anywhere, I want to stay here. Then Karel said So I go home. He grabbed the car keys, and they tried quickly to take away the keys from him.
    They wanted to go home.
He said don't worry I will call the taxi to get home. Later he explained when he got home the police came to his house and through the window he said in drunk state to the policemen, Boys everything is all right. He accidentally turned on his alarm. It seems he didn't use to drink because he also advised some of his colleagues Buhuš Matuš that he should stop drinking and smoking to not destroy his voice. He didn't even like the climatization in hotels because of his voice.

There is a Czech video with the title of the musician Ondřej Brzobohatý saying that he knows from his father actor Radoslav Brzobohatý that Karel Gott helped many people but didn't want to talk bout it. Someone wrote to these videos that Karel was giving money to some charities for kids etc. Some celebs usually do it. Ondřej Brzobohatý said Karel Gott was a great inspiration for him and he composed a song for him called Testament in 2014. His father and family used to drink wine or do meeting parties with colleagues and later when he grew up he met Karel Gott professionally.
He says that he is not blaming Karel Gott for singing the Anticharta, because Karel was more than accepted by the regime and therefore he couldn't help people openly as he would want.
I understood that he helped people behind the back of the regime people. The whole interview is probably on their web, but some of it is on youtube.

You may also look for a video where Karel Gott talks in Czech language about how he met John Lennon in 1970, when he was in London, doing a concert, he was invited by someone to meet John Lennon on Abby Road. He met him nd Yoko Ono. Karel asked John if he would like to go to Prague to make a concert and how much money he would want? John Lennon told him: We have so much money that I really dont know how much. For the rest of my career, I want to only help people. Karel got the idea that there are some communities or kids that would appreciate the help.
But then Karel explained that the concert didn't happen because of the regime and that the comrades of the regime would say that "some Englishman" would come here to help our poorest ones.
Its like for them John Lennon was just some English guy but for the whole world, he was a very important musician.

In this video: Karel Gott nerozlišoval medzi prezidentom a upratovačkou, ľudí si vážil rovnako
His former manager said that when he first met Karel Gott he told him I have to break your nose. Karel asked Why? Because when I was a little boy my parents and grandma
wanted to watch Your Christmas events on Czechoslovak television and I wanted to watch fairy tales. I told them that if I met you one day I will break his nose.
Karel Gott liked it. They made some photoshoots. And after the photo shoot, Karel said Now you can do it because otherwise, I would have bruises in the pictures.
The manager says beautiful things about Karel and how much he loved people and fans. Karel said to him that fans are not here for us but we are here for them,
and Karel made sure that all fans get a lot of attention and care and that nobody is neglected, he paid attention to all of them.
He would travel to some place 1,5 hours sooner because he knew that people will want to meet him.
One day in the 90s Karel and the manager came to a restaurant and the lady serving the food said: I don't care who comes
All customers are very important in the same way.
Karel loved her comment so much that he left there 1000 SK. She was very surprised. He said I very much love your approach People are just people and we have to love them.
Or when the lady cleaned his room in the hotel he said thank you to her. Or when they were in the Holiday Inn Hotel he came down from the luxury restaurant to eat with ordinary workers because he loved to eat from ordinary coasters. Or when the manager came with some big delivery car, some lady refused to go in the car but Karel didn't mind. He was happy to be transported.
They went to a wine event and Karel Gott got out of an old delivery car.
He didn't have any stellar manners. The manager says that Karel Gott had the same respect for a cleaning lady as for the president.
He taught him to love people and make no difference between people. The manager thinks that Karel also Belgium, Holand, Germany, and Austria loved him. One day Japanese fans were running to him in Prague and the manager asked him do you know them and he says yes they are Japanese fans I did a lot of concerts in Japan.
Karel even said in an interview with Milan Lasica that he met Las Vegas big stars such as Sinatra, Sammy Daves Jr, Diana Ross, and others and that
these greatest stars are usually the most humble people.
