The most powerful lyrics in Numb for me personally are the line of BX's rap where he says "suffocating us with obedience to force education. Hey don't resist, I told you to smile." Like that line just gave me chills. I can't imagine how much stress Korean kids are under right now. With the school system and their parents often controlling a lot of the aspects of their life they must feel so helpless. It really shows how music is really one of their only outlets, and hearing possibly one of your favorite groups talking about your struggles and acknowledge them might give you the motivation to keep going.

We haven't checked out every song on the album but we've listened to a few and they definitely didn't shy away from the deep topics. We love seeing idols dive into those topics to bring awareness to it!

yeah cix have a lot of sm producers and also kasper (an sm and esp exo choreographer) said baejin had a very sm style of dancing so it would make sense why they remind you of exo !!

They used to be part of SM and created a lot of well known tracks like *Tempo *Love Shot *Cherry Bomb *Ko Ko Bop *Going Crazy Just to name a few 😁Also I really do recommend all of CIX's music because it's very innovative and comprised of a lot of texture changes

Their predebut felt so long and i thought they would never debut anytime soon but here they are finally debuting with “Movie Star” with two members BX & Seunghun that didn’t make it into new group TREASURE and former Wanna One member Bae Jinyoung who’s one of my biases along with Yonghee & BX who were known as C9Boyz during pre-debut. I was waiting all night that day for their showcase only to end up falling asleep and waking up to their last half of it, I really wish all the interesting things didn’t always happen 6am EST. #CIXMovieStar I lost my ipad notes on their Numb song along with many other notes that i’m still trying to recover ... I don’t remember what my thoughts were about it until I review it again!
