      I had same thing stopping me from joining a gym.... you just gotta show up and it'll be okay to be lost at first... never met a group so willing to help show the ropes

    Not sure who this professor is but absolutely fantastic. I get to collar n sleeve in close guard n it’s a struggle to break someone down sometimes bc of my ‘weak leg’. Can’t wait to try.
